All right, all right. Hello, I’m Shivan Sarna. My passion, as you all know, is helping everyone with chronic conditions.
My background is in, believe it or not, yoga and sales. I was on Home Shopping Network for 24 years. I just retired from there to spend even more time helping everyone get the information that they’re seeking for their chronic conditions.
SIBO, small intestine bacterial overgrowth, is a huge passion of mine. And that’s what I wrote the book on. And I’ve done 10 summits on everything from lymph to fascia to liver and gallbladder health and lots of gut health.
And one of the things that keeps coming up with all these practitioners is biological dentistry and saunas. And so I wanted to do a session with Phil of Relax Saunas for really, really long time. And I finally was able to make it happen today.
So thanks for joining us. We’re thrilled because I had been a beginner with saunas until about a year ago. I waited and waited and waited, and then I did go for one and I liked it.
But then I started talking to Phil about Relax Saunas and what made them different. And then I tried the Relax Sauna and I love it. Now you’re talking to a girl who doesn’t like to sweat, by the way.
So that’s really a big deal. I don’t like to be uncomfortable. I don’t, like my mother called me a hothouse Roseville.
Because I am a very picky petunia to say the least about being uncomfortable. And anyone who has a chronic condition, you know that feeling uncomfortable is like the last thing we all want because like we’ve had enough of it already. And it’s a thrill to have everyone here.
We have a couple of rules. One is be nice or be gone. It is a public private forum.

It usually butchers my names in several words, but it’s helpful to some people. So Phil Wilson is my special guest. He graduated with honors with a mathematics degree from Indiana University.
He spent time with these foundations of history and math in graduate school. Fast forward to the health space where he had his own experiences and how his body chemistry and sensitivity to water, herbs and air really transformed the way that he changed his lifestyle. And he is into yoga, body energy, all those cool things.
He has opened up health food stores and help people get supplies that they need, which I’m super passionate about. And then in 2001, Phil discovered, this is important, far infrared saunas. So imagine he’s been in all this space for so long.
And then finally in 2001, he discovered what far infrared saunas could do for him. And the Relax Far Infrared Sauna is considered by Phil as the pinnacle of health products after all he’s seen, been there and done that. And he is thrilled that you can actually do this at home as I am as well.
So he travels around the world to health conferences, speaking and teaching, and that’s what he’s been up to for over 20 years, but he’s been in the health space. I’m a seeker for ever since the 70s. So he’s OG.
Hi, Phil, it’s great to have you. It’s great to be here with you, Yvonne. Thank you.
So talk to us about the benefits of far infrared sauna. And while you’re at it, if you could please explain what the differences are in these saunas. There’s probably people here who are super scientific and there are a lot of us who are beginners mind.
So tell us about the waves and how hot it gets and why different wavelengths, light wavelengths are different in their healing properties, please. Well, you know, as Agra said, everything vibrates, everything is number and everything vibrates. Tesla, Edison, even a doctor.
There’s someone recently who wrote a book, Jacob Lieberman. They all talk about how energy medicine is the medicine of the future. And the Relax Sauna is pretty much the pinnacle of energy medicine in terms of raising body temperature.
Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, also another Greek that I’m talking about, said, you know, quite, he said, above all, do no harm. And they don’t listen to him there. So the world is sort of strange, but it’s educating them.
But he said, find me a way to create fever and sweat and I will cure disease. Now that’s very potent. What he’s saying, the secret to killing disease is to raise body temperature, which is what we call a fever.
Now there’s a hospital in Germany, St. George Hospital or something like that, where they’re a hyperthermia hospital. And the purpose is to increase the body temperature enough to kill the parasite, to kill the bacteria, the fungi, the mold and everything, but not to kill the human body. Because if you raise body temperature too much, then the human body dies and they don’t want that.
So they have sophisticated equipment to make sure that doesn’t happen and it doesn’t happen. Dr. Paul Anderson, he used to teach at Bastyr College for 25 years. We love him.
And he bought four saunas from us for his cancer clinic four, five, six, seven, eight years ago. His assistant says they can raise body temperature 4.2 degrees to 102.8 degrees in an hour while doing vitamin C IV therapy. And he was very impressed.
He has conferences about every six months where he teaches advanced principles in medical practice to naturopathic doctors, to medical doctors, to chiropractors, DOs, whoever is interested. And he sent us a two minute video saying that he consistently can get the temperature to 101.5, 101.9, which is rather rare for a sauna to be able to do that. So it’s taken me a long time to, because I’ve been saying for years, well, it took the Relax Sauna Company in Taiwan, they’re made in Taiwan, not China.
And it took them 10 years from 1987 to 1997 to find a way to give you hot springs energy, which is like, and all the hot springs in the world, Lourdes in France, the hot springs in Southern Japan, people would go for healing. And healing is very, very important to people who aren’t feeling well, who are not comfortable in their body. And so there’s a certain kind of energy that’s around those, and they purpose was to create that energy.
And it turned out to be the wavelengths between four microns and 14 microns. That’s 4,000 nanometers to 14,000 nanometers if you use that scale, red being about 760 nanometers and violet being about 480 nanometers. So it took them 10 years to filter out the near infrared, filter out the mid infrared and filter out the far infrared that didn’t resonate with the water molecules in your body.
Now, Dr. Sherry Rogers in her book, Detoxify or Die, this is her book. That’s Dr. Sherry Rogers. And this was a classic, this defined an industry.
It spawned an industry, the far infrared sauna industry. And she says it’s between four and 14 microns is the energy wavelength that’s the most vital for human bodies. And that we, as far infrared light beams, we shine and we absorb and we shine 9.4 microns.
Water is a far infrared molecule. It shines eight microns. So, and there are many people who are starting to recognize and admit on the internet, on YouTube, that the more far infrared you have in your sauna, the more effective, the more therapeutic the sauna is.
And we have a lady named Rebecca Harder and this lady wrote this book, Gastra Girl. She owns two clinics, one in New Mexico, another in Portland, Oregon. And she’d been selling wooden saunas for 10 years.
And every time she went to the health conference, she saw us there and she just turned her nose. Well, I have a wooden sauna. It certainly couldn’t do this Relax Sauna.
And you can see it on my right, I guess your left. It certainly couldn’t do what the wooden saunas do. Well, she got in and after three minutes, oh my God, she could not believe the difference.
And she has helped to sell thousands of, hundreds or thousands of saunas. And the book that I just showed, she has about seven, eight pages on the Relax Sauna and another 15 pages on far infrared in general. And she says that if you want to feel absolutely fabulous in this world, then a far infrared sauna is necessary if you want to feel fabulous.
And she says the Relax Sauna is the most therapeutic sauna. So that’s an opener for you. So a couple of questions then.
Okay, so it’s far infrared. The other question that I had, even before I got really educated about saunas, which I’m still just a newbie, but I’m learning it, is really about EMF. So what is the story with, so in general, everybody, the EMFs are electromagnetic fields that are draining us.
I don’t feel like taking on a debate about it, but I definitely think that it impacts us. And I wasn’t a huge believer until I had someone come around and even like share the devices to show how much EMF was coming out of the electricity in my walls with like old electrical, like electrician tradesmen and women from the 80s. There was a period of dirty electricity that was happening based on the technology at the time.
And it’s cyclical, right? Like sometimes it was better than others, but the older, probably not safer. Being new doesn’t necessarily mean it’s safer. It’s a long story.
But one thing you don’t want is to, on purpose, be blasting yourself with EMFs. So you’re getting into a sauna, Phil, and like you’re in a little tea cozy. And I was wondering about how the EMFs of Relax Sauna was compared to like others.
And then we have some questions for you. Yeah. I probably, I have about eight different points to present this area.
I’ll start with number one. There’s no electricity in the Relax Sauna above the ankles. The only electricity comes out of the radiators near the, right there.
There’s a radiator there and a radiator there. And there is the timer also, but the timer, if you’re concerned about the EMF, you can put it on the floor. And so there’s no EMF above the ankles.
And we’ve had, we were at a conference in Arizona this last weekend, and the guy who sells EMF measuring device tested the Relax Sauna and found it very clean. There’s a Dr. Billika in Fort Collins, Colorado. He used to be the medical director for NASA.
Saw him the other day, gave me his second interview. He’s been, we met him at a cancer conference and he had had a cheap portable Amazon sauna kind of like, and he got in the Relax Sauna and said, oh my gosh, we are using this in our clinic from now on. He’d been on morning saunas for a long time.
And there was some concern about EMF. And so he tested ours and found it clean, tested another sauna that’s supposed to be very EMF clean and it wasn’t. So we get this over and over again.
And I like to talk about the pluses of the Relax Sauna, the fact that we give you 98% resonating light that we call loving light. And the other saunas, the portable saunas give you about 36% and the wooden saunas give you about 50%. That’s major, we can talk about that later.
But we have five people in Southern California and in Phoenix who go out to homes to make the EMF safe. Now, and one lady who did not have a Relax Sauna at the time went into four different houses one day and tested them all. I think she just put her EMF protector clip right there on one of the cords.
And, okay, oops. Are you pointing to something? Cause we don’t see what you’re pointing to, Phil. It was the sauna.
Yeah, we see the sauna behind you. Yeah, right there, there’s a blue timer holder right below it. Yeah, you see it’s kind of poking up, you guys.
Yeah, on the cord. But at any rate, she met us a week later, got in the sauna and bought one herself. A building biologist, that’s a big statement.
Now, not only that, but the four other people who go into houses to make the houses EMF safe, they all own Relax Saunas. That’s cool. And one of the ladies from Southern California had mold toxicity really, really bad.
And the wooden sauna that she had didn’t do the trick. And then she got the Relax Sauna and it did the trick and got her back to being extremely healthy and she’s radiant. And this was about seven, eight years ago.

Keep going. Now of the 21 most common household appliances, the Relax Sauna is third and seventh lowest in EMF output. That’s if you measure it from a one inch apart or 12 inches apart, it’s third and seventh lowest, way lower than a blender, way lower than a juicer.
But Peter Rodotti gave us an interview also on that Relax Sauna.com slash superior page saying that these things, this is a cell phone, okay? These are microwave devices, right? You know, and you know, you have the microwave ovens that people say, be wary of. And these are cell phones are microwave devices and you have wifi in a house. Even if you don’t carry a cell phone, that is a hundred times, maybe a thousand times more dangerous than EMF from any electrical appliance.
So, you know, any of the other saunas, you know, are like will all shine in terms of not having much EMF compared to the cell phone that you could or could not be carrying or even the wifi. The fear of EMF is also a hundred times, a 2,000, a million times more dangerous than EMF of itself. And Dr. Dietrich Klinghart, one of the great pioneers of helping Lyme and autism and who introduced the dangers of microwave EMF to the Western world many, many years ago, himself uses the Relax Sauna.
And his partner at the autism conference took the Relax Sauna up to her hotel room and her elbow pain that she had had for a year gone in one session. And these are the miracles we have with the Relax Sauna. And we probably have, we have over 800 video testimonies from people I meet at conferences.
They come back three years later, a year later, and they say, oh my God, my life has been transformed. I thank you so much. I love the Relax Sauna.
And then a lot of times we have instantaneous, you know, like I tell people at conferences, I’m getting, you know, a little out there where I’m just brazenly say, if you have pain, with five, six, seven, eight, nine, whatever level of pain from one to 10, I guarantee you half of your pain or more will be gone in five to seven minutes. And people say, right. And after they get in and they get out, they say, yes, right, absolutely.
You were correct. I didn’t believe it. I didn’t expect when I got into that sauna to feel so good.
Well, of course, this isn’t medical advice, everybody, and individual results are going to vary. So it’s time for you to really put this to the test for yourself is the bottom line, because we’re all different. I call us snowflakes, as you know.
We’ve got questions. I’ve got to get these questions out, Bill. Okay, who is the Relax Sauna not for? What are the counter indications? Contra indications.
So, you know, we want to be wise here. We want to know like that end of the spectrum too. No pun intended.
The only contra indication I know is dehydration. You don’t want to be dehydrated. So the solution is simply to drink water.
I always drink about eight ounces of water before I go in. And afterwards you want to drink water. It feels so good.
Water never tastes better than after you get out of the Relax Sauna. Now we have found that the Relax Sauna is so good at lowering blood pressure. I mean, it’s like, it just happens all the time.
It’s the Mayo Clinic recommends infrared saunas, by the way, far-infrared saunas. They recommend for all their heart patients and saying that heart patients should not get into a regular sauna nor a hot tub because when the body temperature does not raise and the outside temperature raises, it’s going to cause a problem. The heart’s going to have to raise and maintain an equilibrium.
That makes sense. However, they recommend far-infrared saunas for all their heart patients. Yes.

So, you know, ultimately if you have heart disease, Jeff is asking, if you have heart disease, is there a recommended time limit for one session and is it okay for people with heart disease? Well, ask your doctors, right? Like ask your practitioner, tell them about, you know, you want to try far-infrared sauna, maybe, you know, download some stuff from Phil’s site and have an intelligent conversation with your practitioner. Phil, what, a couple of people are asking like, what is the minimum viable time in the Relax Sauna to feel and experience a difference? And what are the temperature settings that we should be, you know, setting a goal for and we should be building up to? The Relax Sauna does not have a temperature gauge. Okay.
Don’t set the temperature. There is a timer. You see, it’s a 30 minute timer.
And as I was saying, the Relax Sauna took 10 years from 1987 to 1997 to create a solution, to create like a hot springs kind of energy in your home. And it turned out that they have, they created a semiconductor chip. It’s the only sauna in the world that I know of that uses semiconductor chips.
And there’s a fan that blows the heat off the semiconductor chip. And that gives you heat inside the sauna. But the purpose of the semiconductor chip is to filter out, out of the electricity, to filter out the narrowing bread, the midden bread, and only give you the firing thread between four and 14 microns.
And I call that water resonating light or loving light because that’s the light, that’s the warmth you feel when you go out into the sun, in the hot sun on a hot day and you close your eyes and there you are, you’re absorbing that. Oh my God, it feels so good. You feel to the core of your being.
And that’s the firing thread penetrating into your body, vibrating every cell of your body. Now that’s the same energy that Dr. Cheryl Pollack talks about in his fourth phase of water. He said the firing thread light has the greatest effect on the plants and it gives the plants the power to move and to bend because it resonates with their water molecules.
It also, most people just don’t even think about this, but how do turtle eggs hatch? The firing thread from the sun goes through the sand two inches and resonates with the water in turtle eggs, eating up the egg, getting the embryo to grow into chicken’s cheek. Interesting, interesting. Okay, I wanted to show you, because people are asking about the difference between the silver and the black sauna.

So you do get the chair with it to sit in. Phil has a towel over his, which is a good idea, but you get the chair, you get the carry case, you get the unit itself. What’s the difference between the black version and the silver version? Well, it’s, you’ve heard of being a member of the Harley Club is like, wow, high prestige.
And so- Like I said, I’m not that cool. I don’t know what that is, but okay. Well, in Taiwan, there’s a lot of rich Taiwanese that went special.
So they created the black sauna as a special sauna for them to feel really good about themselves. However, if you can look at the two saunas, you can see that the logo is embroidered on the black sauna, and it looks really sharp. And if you have a high-end spa, and you want it to look really good, it looks sharp.
It also is about, it weighs six pounds. The silver tent weighs four pounds. So it is thicker.
It does retain the heat a little bit better. Again, the reason the Relax Sauna works, that it’s a principle of light that we haven’t talked about yet, that when light hits a mirror, it’s reflected. It’s reflected back.
And that’s the secret of why the Relax Sauna doesn’t cost $10,000 instead of $2,000, because of the technology of the semiconductor chips. So the black sauna does reflect a little bit better. I’d say that the Relax Sauna is probably five times, 500% more effective than any other sauna.
And so the black sauna being 525% more effective than the other sauna is little difference. So in other words, you’re not sacrificing your health by getting the silver tent sauna. I have the silver one and love it.
Yes, right, exactly. And you can use ozone with these units, absolutely. Yes.

Christina’s saying, does it adjust for a five-foot person versus a six-foot person? And what’s the weight limit in the chair? By the way, you guys can bring your own chair in there. Okay.
You can bring your own chair, but I like that it came with a chair. So- It’s really a comfortable chair. It is cozy.
Yeah, it’s good. My experience, my personal experience though, is that it’ll hold 400 pounds easily. Okay.
I put big Mike, who weighed 435 pounds. He was seven foot one inches tall and he fit into the sauna, believe it or not. But I think, I’m not sure what the official policy of the chair is, 50 maybe, but, you know, oh my God, don’t believe that.
Don’t believe anything you hear, frankly. And nowadays we’re learning that. It’s just not wise.
Try it out for yourself. Right. If you have a chair that you feel comfortable in that’s not fabric.
It’ll easily fit someone with 350. Okay. Even though that may not say so on the literature, but it’s true.
Nadja is saying, how long and what temp is ideal? So, I think she missed it. So definitely let’s talk about the length of time. And also Michelle saying, how much is shipping? But wouldn’t it depend on where you live, Michelle? Or is there a flat shipping? Shipping is $50 anywhere in the continent of the US.
Okay, there you go. $125 to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. $125? Yeah.
Okay, yep. And the temperature inside the sauna, I like to say the temperature inside the sauna tent really has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. Oh, interesting.
Yeah, and it has very little to do with the therapeutic benefit of the sauna. Because see, every company has a different sauna and according to them, they have a best temperature. But the Relax Sauna is temperature controlled with a semiconductor chip.
And so it automatically gets the temperature to 130, 140, 145, like within three, four, five minutes. And it stays there, but it slowly rises. And when it slowly rises, then you can use the sophisticated temperature controlled device that we have, and we call it a zipper.
And you simply, if you get too hot, you simply unzip the zipper. But the purpose of a far infrared sauna, as I indicated in the beginning of our conversation, is hypocrisy says, find me a way to create fever and then sweat, and I will cure disease. The purpose is to raise body temperature and the Relax Sauna appears to do it significantly more than any other sauna.
It’s just, there’s a research article that this independent researcher put on reddit.com in February of 2017. And he said that he measured the, he said this research on all the far infrared saunas is fantastic. All these wooden saunas, they cost a lot of money.
Maybe if I buy a cheap Amazon sauna, it will do the same thing. Let me test it to make sure. He bought a $250 Amazon sauna.
It raised body temperature one half degree only in 25 minutes. The heart rate variability test that he performed on it in terms of blood pressure, the ability for the heart to be able to be flexible and all that totally failed to do what the research on all the far infrared saunas said it would do. He then bought a $500 Amazon sauna and got the same results.
So with skepticism, he bought the Relax Sauna. There’s another sauna there that he was thinking of, but he chose to Relax Sauna because it’s 1400 Watts and it said a lot of good things and he didn’t give all the reasons, but he tested it. Not only did it raise body temperature 2.8 degrees in 25 minutes, and he measured everything in the inside temperature and did all this research.
It’s on that relaxauna.com slash superior page, the link to that. And he then also tested the heart rate variability test on the Relax Sauna. It didn’t do exactly what the research said.
It did way better. And he was totally impressed as he’s writing up the report because all this is done with your head. And he just was very, very impressed and it was a glowing article.
And it just came my way about a year after he posted. I don’t even know the man. Oh, wow.
Okay, you guys, I have so many questions. It’s not that I’m missing any, I’m just trying to get to you. So I’ve got to go through some of this.
Can we convert it into a lying down sauna if we get the silver or the black? We have a lie-down sauna that we sell. Okay. It’s on the website.
It was on the, when you showed those four pictures, it was there. So we, and I suppose if one was really creative, you could put the Relax Sauna on his back. I just saw somebody on YouTube because I was looking at the reviews and they have a way to do it.
So you can check out their suggestions. What material is the shell made of and how do we clean it? Okay. It’s made out of polyester.
I won’t wear polyester. I wear, I’ve been a hundred percent cotton. There’s the lie-down sauna.
Yeah. I’ve been a pure natural fiber. I wear wool, I wear linen.
I wear cotton pretty much, you know, 99%. But the tent is made out of polyester. It does hold the heat, which is why I don’t wear polyester T-shirts.
Even 50-50, I get too hot. Oh, I see. I see.
And how do you clean it, Phil? How do you clean it? Oh, well, every six months, just pretend it’s a brand new car. Take it out on your patio if you can and wash it off with a hose. But daily, you just clean it just to, turn it on for five minutes.
Take the wet towels out. Okay. It takes 20 minutes for a complete sweat.
20 minutes is all it takes. There’s no five, 10, 15, 30 minute preheating. It’s about five, 10, 30 seconds preheating.
Wow. And it feels warm and toasty like your grandma’s giving you a nice, nice, loving hug. Does it create steam or dampness in the room? Concerned because I’m living in a small apartment.
Sure, my landlord would not be happy if the walls were damp. We don’t want that because that leads to mold. Also, how would it be on electricity? Maybe it’s, you know, it’s same as a hairdryer.
It’s like 1,400 watts. So play it for an hour, that’s one and a half kilowatts. So maybe 15, 25 cents a day, four or five, four or five, $6 a month.
That’s it. It uses the 110 currency. Yes.
Yeah. That’s really important. It plugs into any plug in any outlet in any house.
Okay, Sue is saying, can I put it on my covered patio in California? Absolutely. Yes. As a matter of fact, I just did an interview the other day where that’s where she keeps it.
And it’s 60 mile per hour winds and didn’t even mess with it. Cool. Any contraindications for individuals with scoliosis and osteoporosis? I’ve never in 20 years of promoting and using the Relax Sauna, that issue has never come up.
It’s gonna probably be, there’s a lady who has scoliosis who’s been using it for about 15 years and just raves and raves and raves about how she is so much healthier now. So it’s gonna probably help, believe it or not. Oh, I believe it.
Julie’s saying, I don’t sweat. Is this safe for me to use? Julie, I gotta tell you, I don’t sweat either. I really don’t.
But I sweat in this thing and it felt so good. I felt like, finally, my cells were doing the happy dance. So everyone, if you didn’t sweat, you would on some level, you would die, right? Because your body has to get rid of those toxins.
I mean, I’m not a doctor. I’m just speculating. But I am not a sweater at all.
And it definitely makes me sweat and it feels fantastic. I don’t like being hot. Like I’m telling you guys, I am so… I’m not a girl who likes to be uncomfortable, but this makes me feel really healed.
And like you’re saying, it’s very comforting. And if I start to get like uncomfortable, I just stick an arm out or something. It’s totally fine.
I mean, it’s beautiful. I love mine, otherwise I wouldn’t be doing this. But I- If you get uncomfortable, you simply unzip the zipper and let it out.
Also, one of my associates prides herself on being a midwife to sweaters. Oh, a sweating doula? Yes, exactly. You know, I had two… At a biological dentist conference, I had two dental assistants.
One had not sweated in 10 years, another not in 20 years. Within 20 minutes, I got them both sweating. Yeah.
And my associate was able to… It took 51 minutes for this one case at a medical doctor conference to get the woman to sweat. And after that, four other doctors had their credit cards ready to relax on us as soon as she started sweating. They said, this is incredible.

Yeah, it’s manageable. Yes, right. Totally manageable.

But I’ve heard, what do you say about when you should take a shower? You should definitely take a shower afterwards, but when do you say the timing? I was told by a colon hydrotherapist about 15, 20 years ago, who’s been using the Relax Sauna almost as long as me.
She says, you are gonna continue to sweat for another 10 to 20 minutes. So if you don’t use the sauna regularly, for maximum benefit, wait about 20 minutes. And now you can towel dry, but for the fear of the toxins going back into the body is what I consider a total myth.
There should be no reason to fear that once you got it out of the body, that the minerals are gonna go back in. That just doesn’t happen and it doesn’t happen. But if you want, you can towel dry and that’s fine.
You don’t have to shower right away. I do it every day. Sometimes as soon as I get out of the sauna, I’ll go do a shower because I’m doing it every day.
And so I don’t have to maximize the benefits if I was doing it like once a week. So Al is asking a really interesting question, hi Al. I find it confusing as some reputable individuals highly recommend only NIR, near infrared.
One says all three, you should do near, mid and far and today we’re talking about only far. Please help with the benefits or lack thereof between all of them. And that’s a good way of addressing a whole bunch of stuff.
I’m very careful of the word should because I try never to should on myself. It’s a good idea. The reputable people who are talking about near infrared are misinformed, which is sad, but there’s a lot of disinformation, misinformation out there.
Again, Dr. Bill Apkenar wrote the book, No Sweat, No Sweat. Cool. No Sweat, No Sweat.
That means once you know sweat as your teacher and your healer, life is no sweat. Says that the heat shock proteins created by the Relax Sauna cannot be matched by any other sauna company. He’s an acupuncturist, he’s a Qigong master, he’s a medical doctor and a Chinese medical doctor and he’s got a cancer clinic in Long Island, New York area.
And the far infrared, according to Dr. Sherry Rogers, it’s the only energy that resonates with your water molecules is far infrared. Near-infrared light bulbs when tested with the Relax Sauna radiator in 1904 and presented in the Taiwan at the Pacific Rim Coast Biophotonic Conference compared a heat lamp, a near-infrared heat lamp by Phillips to the Relax Sauna table lamp. This is the Relax Sauna table lamp.
You can see the semiconductor chips there. And this was, there was another version of the table lamp that used to have 150 watts. Our table lamp has 200 watts and that was compared to a 250 watt Phillips light bulb and the Relax Sauna lamp basically penetrated significantly more deeply and increased circulation significantly more in pigs and mice and in humans.
So the near-infrared energy will penetrate. This is hard to believe for some who’ve been not brainwashed, but who’ve given information. It only penetrates one, two millimeters.
The near-infrared light bulbs penetrate within two millimeters. See, if you’re 9.4 microns and water is eight microns, near-infrared is less than two between 0.76 and two. It’s too far away to make an impact on the water molecules.
The far-infrared penetrates 40 to 50 milliliters, one and three quarters to two inches into the body. And then they talk to each other. The far-infrared light is what penetrates.
Now on the near-infrared websites, when they say, here’s proof that near-infrared does this, the proof goes to a link. And this is hard to believe that they would do this, but it goes to a link promoting near-infrared lasers, which are one frequency, like 0.81 or 0.9 or something like that. And that can penetrate nine inches.
And those are $1,000, $2,000 machines. And some of them are a lot more expensive. So the near-infrared lasers penetrate, but the near-infrared light do not.
Also near-infrared does not penetrate close and the far-infrared does. But the proof is in the pudding. You go in the Relax Sauna, you feel warm, you feel loved, you feel toasty.
And it’s different than any other portable sauna. The other portable saunas don’t give you this feeling because they only give you about 36 to 50% of the far-infrared. And the far-infrared, when you think far-infrared, ray energy, you wanna think loving light and you wanna remember what it feels like when you go out into the sun, not on the skin, that’s the ultraviolet.
The ultraviolet gets the sand hot, it gets your skin hot. And far-infrared energy, believe it or not, is according to a Japanese book that has not been published in English from way back, that far-infrared is an antidote for microwave EMF. It is an antidote for sunburn.
I have put five, six, seven people with sunburn pain in the Relax Sauna, with sunburn night six or seven, and they go in the Relax Sauna and they come out with zero or a pain of one, zero or little pain, and they’re amazed. They said, well, I have a sunburn, I can’t go in. No, go in because all the pain will go away.
And that happens all the time, yes. Okay, Carol’s saying that she’s been reading a lot and doing a lot of research. So she’s saying a few states, this is repeat, that near-infrared sauna penetrates deeply even into the brain and the mitochondria.
Others say the far-infrared sauna penetrates deeper. Well, which one is it? Can you just recap that just with the one instance? I wanted to anyway, because, you know, back in 2017, when this came out, I said, what the hell? You know, they’re saying near-infrared saunas will do this and this and this, I said, okay. You know, and that’s what Sherry Rogers says, far-infrared saunas do.
Yeah, okay, that’s good. And far-infrared saunas don’t. What the heck? It makes no sense.
And then they refer you to the near-infrared lasers. You know, it’s just simply, it’s just not true. Which goes deeper? You’re saying far-infrared goes deeper, right? Penetrates 42, one and three quarter to two inches.
Near-infrared, there’s a video on YouTube and maybe even on one of our pages that I’ve saw, near-infrared penetrates one to two millimeters, that’s it. And that’s why they say it’s good for the skin. Far-infrared penetrates 40 to 50 millimeters.
And it also is good for the skin. So, you know, it’s, again, people who experience near-infrared saunas and then go in the Relax Sauna. You feel the difference.
Night and day, you feel warm and loved. It’s not harsh, there’s no harshness. That’s a really good point, it is not harsh.
I’m so glad you said that. Can you, you just go in there, I call it sky clad. Do you just go in there naked? Yes, yes.
However, with a Relax Sauna, more so than any other sauna out there, you can have a lot of treatments for five to seven minutes with your clothes on. And, you know, it’s like, you don’t intend to sweat. You just go in for five, seven minutes.
And this is what I do. I’ve put 150,000 people in the Relax Sauna at conferences for the last 20 years, probably four or 500 conferences I’ve been to, maybe 600 conferences, and they go in for five, seven minutes and they say, oh my God, you know, my pain is gone. Right, because they’re at a conference, you guys, in the ballroom, right? They’re not disturbing.
I mean, that’s a different conference. But so they’re just like, oh, cool, I’m gonna, in my conference clothes, I’m gonna go get in there and they feel a difference in five to seven minutes. That’s a very, very good point.
Okay, wait, hold on, you guys. What about covering the head? So Yolanda is saying, do you have any full body head to toes saunas? A couple of people have been asking that. And then I’m gonna ask about the breast implants in a minute.
I’m a firm believer of pro-choice on every level. And you have the choice to put your head inside. It’s very easy.
I can demonstrate it if you want, but you just go in and you put the zipper over your head and your spine can still be erect and your hat or your hair would come out of the hole because it goes up. And it feels good. If not, I give slouching lessons at three o’clock every Tuesday, I give slouching lessons for those.
Okay, so we have somebody, what about breast implants and other implants? One lady had a breast implant leak and it caused her voice to get very raspy. And then she bought a Relax Sauna and the Relax Sauna took care of her situation. Her voice became much, much better and all the toxins from the leak were out.
Talk to your provider, but it’s worth a try. Yeah, if you have breast implants, that is not contraindicate. And if you have a heart, what do you call it? A pacemaker or titanium rod, the Relax Sauna energy only affects the water molecules.

Okay. And I sit in a half lotus, like this, Indian powwow. I sit like that on the chair because I can.
I don’t expect your average person. So you would put your feet in between the two radiators. And if you want, you can get a yoga block and put it on top of that or any kind of pedestal, but you don’t.
But yes, if you put your feet on the blocks above the radiators, your feet, your legs, your calves can get too hot, you know? Okay. Yeah. What about lymphedema? That’s the one thing.
We had a lady who had lymphedema, and she loved the sauna and she did the sauna anyway, but she had to keep her arm out and through their arm hole. That’s the one thing that, yes, is probably a, if you have lymphedema, you know, do it cautiously or gingerly. We do have the 30 day money back guarantee.

Okay. So guys, in the beginning, because I was very scared, honestly, because when I tell you I hate to sweat and I don’t sweat and I hate being hot, I’m serious. So I just started with it unzipped.
That was me personally. That’s not the suggestion of like the company or anything, but I started with it unzipped. And I was like, oh, this is, wait, I’m missing something.
Like I wanted to zip it up and, you know, get that continual feeling, which is now like, I think I did that like once or twice. And then I’ve just been going full tilt ever since and I’ve been loving it. Okay.
So Sue is saying, what about mold? How to treat for that? I’m on a binder. Sue, that really is beyond the scope of this whole thing, but saunas are fantastic for detoxification. And I have mycotoxin poisoning or whatever you want to call it.

How long have I been using it? Where are we? We’re in May, you know, since I think it was like the beginning of the year-ish and I’ve been loving it. Like really, I can’t express this enough to you guys about how picky I am. I mean, I’m like super picky.

So what we’re suggesting is try it, but you should be cautious. Not going to say otherwise. So I’m sorry if your left leg has lymphedema.
So could she put her left leg out, Phil? And then we’ll get back to the doing it more than 20 minutes a day. You could do it. Instead of zipping up the zipper, you could use those clamps and experiment.
And it does have the 30 day. We’d rather you try it and have, you know, with a potential of success than not try it. And we’ll take them back.
Not a problem. Okay. What’s the max frequency of doing the sauna at 20 minutes? My, I do 20 minutes every morning.
And sometimes I get out, I’d say half the mornings, I get out and decide if I have time to do another 20 minutes. A lot of people will do 10 minutes before they go to bed and 20 minutes when they wake up in the morning. I wake up, I do it for rejuvenation in the morning.
A lot of people do a 20 minute sweat at night. You can do it once in the morning and at night. You can do it twice a day.
And then a spa day for Phil, I’ll do it three times. And then I feel like I’ve been to the spa for nine hours. One day I did it for four hours.
It’s a really good movie. And there was another good movie. I did it for four hours.
I went through about 20 towels and about three, four gallons of water. And I just, I just decided I wanted to cleanse. I wanted to cleanse out because you feel so cleansed.
It’s, you know, like a washing machine cleanses every fiber of the clothes and the Relax Sauna cleanses every cell of the body the way a washing machine cleans clothes with water. This does it with light. The shower is totally ineffective for cleaning the inside cells of your body.
The water bounces off, but the light goes in and penetrates and does a thorough cleansing. Plus it heats up the body temperature and that does another cleansing. That’s why it works.

What he said was when he goes to these conventions, these medical conferences, people go in for five to seven minutes because they’re in a big convention center and they do it with their clothes on. Obviously they’re not like stripping in the convention center.
So at home for your 20 minutes to get the maximum, ideally, you’re going to probably want to take your clothes off, but- If you’re going to sweat. Yeah, if you want to sweat, sure. But the three to five to seven minute sessions are very therapeutic and the Relax Sauna offers this.
