Infrared Sauna Benefits
Hyperthermia With

“And that’s what people like about the Relax Sauna. It’s the only portable sauna in America; it’s the only sauna I know of that takes 30 seconds to preheat.”

Relax Sauna Technology, Infrared Sauna Benefits, Hyperthermia - Phil Wilson & Ryan Sternagel

When our son was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, we wanted to know everything science and experiences proven effective. What we found was a lot more than we were shown at the hospital. With so many highly educated seasoned professionals operating outside the bounds of conventional medicine, it just didn’t make sense to limit ourselves when the stakes were that high.

This approach paid off and now we’re bringing the information to you. Wisdom from the top integrative and holistic cancer doctors and healers around the world all in one place. Because you deserve true answers to cancer.

It’s time for a revolution against one-size-fits-all medicine. A revolution that takes us back around to the old ways of healing and forward to the new. That revolution starts right here.

When it comes to reversing or preventing cancer, this is where you come for the best of the best. I’m Ryan Sternagel of The Stern Method and this is the anti-cancer revolution. Hey there, it’s Ryan and this episode is from a deep dive webinar we did on one of our favorite healing products or services that my family feels has made a difference in our own healing journey.

If it sounds like something useful to you, make sure to stick around to the end for info on how to get a deal on it and how to be on future webinars live and get a really special deal when they happen. But for now, enjoy the show. Listen, I think I’ve been talking about, well I’ve been talking about sauna long enough that I think, you know, most of our folks here like know the benefits.

Infrared sauna was the first thing we got right after my son was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Almost, he’s nine now, like eight and a half years ago. Man, yeah, yeah.

And you know, after, after geeking out on healing from chronic disease and now we’ve had a second round of chronic disease with our, with our son Rocky going through high-grade eczema. And so I’ve gotten to take a look at chronic disease from a whole different angle, from the autoimmune angle. And still after, you know, after eight years of hardcore geeking out and interviewing hundreds of people and researching and doing these calls and all the stuff, I still, you know, infrared sauna is still, it’s still my number one thing.

It still is. That being said, that’s, that’s the matter at hand is, you know, all the, all the stuff. Well, we’ll get into it, but I’ve always, I’ve always said if you’re actually going to go for like the real deal healing, get a wood sauna.

And we love our wood sauna, but every year we always get people asking us, you know, is there, is there a more affordable option? And you know, what about the tent saunas? What about the portable saunas? And I always shake my head and say, I wish it were true, but you know, I’ve, I’ve, I’ve heard of that. I’ve either heard or tested all of them and they either don’t get your core body temperature up to where they should, or they have super high EMF or they’re hardcore off gassing. That said, I think I just must have mentally lumped Relax Sauna in with what I’d heard about all the other portable saunas.

And I had, anyway, we’ll get into the story in a second, but yeah, to get started, Phil, do you want to, you want to introduce yourself? Tell everyone a bit about what got you into health and wellness and Relax Sauna and all that stuff. And, and then we’ll tell the, I’ll tell the funny story about how we came to be here today and how I do not turn my nose up at Relax Sauna anymore. That was, that was a great story.

And you’re not the only one. There’s a lady by the name of Rebecca Harder who wrote a book called Gastra Girl that she gives to her clients at her hyperbaric oxygen chamber conference, I mean, center. And she has a colon hydrotherapy center and she did the same thing for 10 years, but we’ll talk about that later.

But meanwhile my name is Phillip Wilson. I went to Ohio state university for graduate school in mathematics after getting an honors degree in mathematics at Indiana university. So I come from a scientific background academic, and then I had some experiences which sort of lost my interest in mathematics.

I sort of like had an out-of-body experience, which put me in a different state. And then I had another kind of energetic spinal experience. So my whole body chemistry changed and I had to get into fasting like a day later after having this energetic experience with my spine.

I met some yogi, he showed me some things and basically I, before this, as I said, I was into being creative and intertwining emotions and thought. Basically one of my favorite statements is thinking without feeling brings about woe and feeling without thinking brings grief. So I was a thinker who became a feeler and that was like transformational, similar to as described in the book Steppenwolf by Herman Hess.

And in the book, this aloof intellectual goes into jazz bar and the jazz singer gets them all involved in the getting into the present moment. And so it’s actually getting into the present moment, which creates amazing experiences. And I got involved in because of this experience was fasting.

I got very much into Chinese herbs and herbs and minimizing my diet because I wanted to be purified because I realized if I wanted to be clear and energetic, I had to purify and cleanse my body. So my whole background starts with purification. That’s the main thing.

And so I call it physical, body, emotional, mental, and spiritual purification. And that’s been my bag for 50 years. I’m 74 now and I got involved in this in 1970, 71.

So I opened up, I started, I got out of math. I couldn’t, I couldn’t do the math anymore. I was going to get a master’s degree in math and I was going to get a teaching certificate and those don’t, didn’t work out.

So I was forced by life itself to start selling herbal vitamins full-time in 1976. I’d been selling it part-time and I did that until 1980. And then I branched out and I started selling massage tools and Chinese herbal combinations and the Dr. Christopher herbs and then the Chinese herbs and the spirulina and the chlorella and the shilajit and the Chinese mushrooms or the Chinese, you know, herbs.

And then the reishi mushroom, shiitake mushroom, green foods. We were selling green foods in 1984, powdered green drinks. We started selling essential oils in 1986.

And I started a business in 1980 selling to health food stores and health professionals. So I’ve been in there. Out of your time.

Yeah, basically exactly that. And so I’ve been to until last year, I’ve been to every Anaheim expo for health food stores. And that’s what my business was.

And for 20 years, I sold to health professionals and health food stores. And we had a little store in Columbus, Ohio. Also, then in the year 2002, I went to a show in Las Vegas.

And I think it was a holistic dentist show where I was selling massage tools. And the next day, there was a spa show and I went to it as an attendee. And one of my suppliers was there.

And they had a portable sauna, one of the sort of like the Amazon saunas. And I said, Oh, my gosh, I can’t believe you can have a sauna in your home. I was just so excited.

And then a year later, at that time, I was going through my I call it my Baroque period, you know, like the classical period, the Baroque period, but I spelled B-R-O-K-E. So it took me a year to be able to afford it. And I bought one and I sold about six that year.

And then a year later, I got a call from the Relax Far Infrared sauna company in Taiwan. And they said our technology is different. It’s more advanced took us 10 years to develop the technology.

And we noticed you had a big presence on the internet because I’m prolific. And and so we said, Okay, I’ll order it. And two days later to arrive FedEx from Taiwan.

And everyone at the store, oh, my gosh, night and day difference between the other sauna, the other the Amazon sort of sauna and the Relax Sauna. I used to take the chair out of the Amazon sauna. And I used to sit on the floor, it would take me 18 minutes to start sweating, and about 55 minutes to get a good sweat.

In the Relax Sauna, it warmed instantly. And in eight minutes, you were sweating. And in 18 1920 22 minutes, you had a full complete sweat, sitting in the chair.

And you can also sit on the floor if you want. There’s a technique where you have to take the poles out, but the radiator up. But the technology used with the Relax Sauna is totally different, totally different than any other portable sauna.

All the other portable saunas use the carbon panels. And the Relax Sauna was asked by a Japanese company, Can you find a way to create healing spa energy like in the healing spas like Lourdes in France, and the healing spas in southern Japan where people would go to get healed? And they said, Sure. And it took the Relax Sauna company only 10 years to figure out exactly what to do to filter out the near infrared energy, the mid infrared energy, and the far infrared energy that did not resonate with the water molecules.

And so basically, that’s how and then the first year, so in the Relax Sauna, we sold 24 saunas, the second year 60 saunas, the next year 120 240. And I think in 2019, we sold 2000 saunas. And, and last year, we sold 4000 saunas.

And so we’re and there are a lot of well known doctors, including Dr. Paul Anderson, who you know, who you can talk more about that, who uses and endorses the Relax Sauna as as one that can increase body temperature. And that’s, that’s the special secret that we’re going to talk about increasing body temperature, because Hippocrates said, find me a way to create sweat or fever. And I will cure disease.

And that that’s, that’s what a purpose of an infrared sauna is to increase body temperature. That’s it’s called hyperthermia. That’s the whole deal.

In Germany, they have hyperthermia hospitals, they have very sophisticated machines, they raise the body temperature 105 160 degrees, they kill everything that’s like the Lyme spirochetes, the cancer cells, any pathogens or whatever, they kill it all. But they have very sophisticated machines to get because if you get to 107, 108 degrees, the body dies. And you don’t want that.

You don’t want the body to die. When the chemo game at that point. Yeah, yeah, it’s gonna die first, the body of the cancer.

Exactly. And that’s and I’ve been into holistic health and very, since 1971, when I got into the industry, I mean, I used to go around, travel all over the country, and come back to the health food store and say, here’s a nut bar, please order it so I can buy it here. And it’s funny, because in 10 years later, I started a business doing exactly that, selling to stores, the great products that you couldn’t find elsewhere.

So anyway, that’s a little bit of the, my little history. Yeah, no, yeah, so I’ll jump in. I met Phil at he mentioned Dr. Paul Anderson.

Dr. Paul Anderson was my son’s naturopathic oncologist, just kind of stumbled into him. And when we were living in the in the Seattle area, and he had a practice in Seattle, he still does have a practice in Seattle, doesn’t see patients himself anymore. He just consults the doctors that do.

But yeah, he was the most amazing, amazing, amazing doctor that we ever could have possibly hoped for. I was researching all sorts of far flung alternative stuff on the internet. And everything I asked him about he knew about and had a eloquent answer as to, you know, why I should consider that or why I shouldn’t consider it.

And we were doing IV vitamin C and IV DMSO in his office and consulting on self just just an amazing guy. And, and then we moved to Utah, and I kind of lost touch with him. Because there wasn’t as much practicing across state lines as there is, there is that that’s like the one good thing that happened with COVID is, is doctors have a little more leeway to practice across state lines now.

But yeah, then I started going to cancer conferences to learn everything I could. And what do you know, it was it was Dr. Anderson, like giving the keynote presentations at those cancer conferences. Yeah, yeah.

And that’s, you know, that’s where we kind of reconnected as seeing him at conferences and come to realize he’s like, you know, right under God in the in the naturopathic oncology world and just naturopathic doctor world in general. He’s like, you know, he’s who all of the graduating ND students go like, they’re all like, learning from Dr. Anderson to pass their tests at whatever, at whatever school they go to. It’s it’s really crazy.

So now he has conferences where he teaches doctors everything he knows. And I was at his last one, still to learn everything I can, but more just to more to kind of cherry pick the the best and the brightest doctors that I can find for our going integrative plus program. By the way, if you’re if you’re going through cancer, yeah, just let us know you’d like to jump on a free call with going integrative plus it’s the best thing.

We it’s a it’s a live two hour q&a where you just get to ask the best naturopathic oncologist and blah, blah, blah. Anything that’s it’s amazing. But yeah, so I was at Anderson’s conference, and Phil was there with his with, you know, with the booth with all the vendors.

And, you know, it was probably even rude to you the first time that I’m sorry for that. But, you know, it’s like, okay, they got a they got a they got a portable sauna here. Great.

I’m just gonna try to pass this guy by without without making too much contact, because I’d already made my mind up on portable saunas. That is actually no, that’s that’s one of the rules of I don’t know if you want to call it enlightenment or just being a wise, knowledgeable person is always remaining open. Yeah.

And being able to entertain a thought without automatically labeling it as right or wrong or good or bad. And, and being able to admit you were wrong when you were wrong and taking in new information and revising your paradigm and all that stuff. And yet I preach that all the time.

And I like to think that I act that way all the time. But I did not act that way. When I first walked by the Relax Sauna booth, I didn’t get filled a time of day.

And, and he kept, he kept being every time every time I walked by to say something. And then, you know, one time, I happened to lie, I think I took his literature. And, and then I was in the session, you know, listening to the listening to the presentations.

And I see Dr. Anderson’s face on the literature, saying that, you know, he himself has evaluated he’s tested a whole ton of his cancer patients in the Relax Sauna and, you know, showing a substantial rise in body temperature. And so I was, Oh crap, maybe, maybe I was wrong. Maybe I should go talk to Phil some more.

And yeah. So talk to Phil about the talk to Phil about the body temperature, which is, you know, that that’s the main thing. That’s one of the main things everybody is, you know, does it actually increase core body temperature or not? You know, and I, and I talk trash about the portable saunas, but even in the wood sauna, nine out of 10 of the wood sauna brands, they’re, they’re, they’re not increasing your core body temperature to the point where you really want that.

They’re, they’re all kind of coming along, but yeah, for the most part, it’s, there’s only a couple that I know of that really gets you where you need to be anyway. So yeah, found out that, okay, Relax Sauna does increase core body temperature. Let me actually get one so I can test the EMF because that was the other thing is everybody knows that all of those portable saunas put out a ton of EMF.

And so, okay, that’s great. You know, it does increase core body temperature, but I’m sure it’s going to be blapping you with EMF, but I’ll get one just to say, you know, just, just to say, I know what I’m talking about. And, and then sure enough, you know, I got it.

And the only thing I discovered with my EMF meter is that a part of the house that used to have no reading whatsoever. Now I’m really annoyed that it’s at like the bottom as far as the Relax Sauna goes. And I couldn’t get it to do any more than that on my EMF meter, even, you know, putting it right up, you know, right next to the heaters.

Yeah. Yeah. It was just doing that same thing.

I moved it to different places. Yeah. I mean, I’m sure it puts out a little bit.

I don’t think there is such thing as a complete 100%, 0% EMF emitting infrared sauna out there, whether you’re talking about wood or, or portable, but as far as, you know, what’s detectable on just a home meter, little to nothing, little to nothing, which is really, really cool. So we have, there’s four different individuals in Arizona and in Southern California who make a living going into houses to make them EMF safe. And they all have, all four of them have Relax Saunas in their home that they use.

And one lady had not, and she met us at a show after the previous week going into again, four different of her, of her clients’ houses, they all had Relax Saunas. She was, you know, sort of, wow. And she fixed them up, you know, whatever.

And then she came to this conference where we were at, and she even gave me an interview about how much she liked the Relax Saunas. She bought one at the time. So all four of these individuals who go into houses to make them EMF safe, all use Relax Saunas.

So that’s, you know, we, we have gotten attacked left and right for the last 10 years, you know, and I just, I just continue to speak my truth, share my experiences. And we have over 900 video testimonies on YouTube that are all taken by me at conferences that we do. People come back after two, three, four, five, 17 years saying, I’ve been using the Relax Sauna for so many years, and this is what it did for my husband, this is what it did for me, this is what it did for my patients.

And then we and about half the one half the interviews are people just saying, Oh, my gosh, I had carpal tunnel pain five for the last five months is totally gone. This one lady was in a wheelchair. And two months later, after she got the sauna, she, she emailed me and said, I don’t need the real wheelchair anymore.

So there’s a lot, a lot of benefits. And again, even Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, he’s, he’s pretty well known in the holistic health community. His partner at the autism one conference six years ago took a Relax Sauna up to the hotel room, and she had elbow pain for about a year.

And, and all that they were, they know all the technologies to do and they weren’t able to fix her elbow pain. One session, the Relax Sauna, and it was all taken care of. That was a lie down sauna that they got.

And then two weeks later, I ran into them at another conference and they bought the sit up sauna. And I talked to Dietrich about four or five, six weeks ago. And he says, Yeah, he uses a relaxed Spartan thread sit up sauna almost every day.

And again, he’s the king. He’s the one that introduced the dangers of, of microwave EMF to the world. So, you know, we have some people who, who don’t quite understand, they, they don’t have open minds like you do.

But it’s, it’s part of the part of the education process that I’ve been doing for 20 years, I discovered the Relax Sauna. And of course, it was there before they discovered me. And it, it, I use it for mental clarity.

I’ve been meditating for years and years. And it can help a lot of people meditate, we have a lot of people who’ve had, see, again, you talk about freedom, you know, you talk about being in the present moment, because when you have rules, you know, or preconceived notions, when you get into the moment, you can have more data and more experiences. And so those old rules are no longer applicable, as you found, you know, the you had believed, you know, and you had some experiences, like with a lot of the other portable saunas.

Matter of fact, there’s a very interesting story. About three years ago, I discovered that there was an article written a review of the Relax Sauna was written in February 2017, on reddit.com. And the man said, Oh, my gosh, this research on the wooden infrared saunas is incredible. Wow, I wonder if this $250 Amazon sauna can do what the research says it would do.

So he bought one, he raised body temperature half degree only, only one half degree in 25 minutes. And the heart rate variability test he performed on it like lowers high blood pressure and helps the heart and, and all these factors with the heart that saunas are known to do. It didn’t do it failed totally that test.

So he, you know, reluctantly bought a $500 Amazon sauna, which was reputable, which was supposed to be the best got rave reviews. And to that I say, if you if you’ve never had a bicycle or a car, and you’re walking four miles to the grocery store, a bicycle is a godsend. So there’s all those good reviews on Amazon, and it’s people that have never had a sauna before, they don’t know what to look for in a sauna, and they get in and it’s warm, and maybe they get a little sweat and like, Oh, great, you know, but that’s the Yeah, they’re not raising their core body temperature.

They’re getting blasted with EMF. They’re getting doused with off gassing from the the cheapest possible material. Yeah.

Well, it to me to me that that stuff is is the fact that they don’t increase body temperature, and they don’t detoxify the body. And one lady we met at a Lyme conference in Boston, she had had a portable sun in her house, she used it a dozen times for at least an hour, and never got any relief from her neuropathy that came along with her Lyme disease. In 12 minutes in the Relax Sauna, which he bought at the show, she felt tingling in her fingers and toes for the first time in two and a half years.

So these are the kind of experiences we get. But talking, you know, more about, you know, finishing the story about the reddit.com review, he then got a sauna. Not only did the Relax Sauna increased body temperature, I think 2.7 degrees in 25 minutes.

But and other people have told me it’s usually 3.2 degrees. Someone told me that two weeks later, I’m a real athletic kind of guy. Well, Anderson was Anderson was measuring them like 101.9, right? Yeah, 1.5 101.9. And frankly, he and his and his person in charge of the IV therapy because they would put people in to the eye in the sauna while doing IV therapy, and their arm would stick out to the armhole.

And they were able to increase body temperature to 102.8. You’re talking about 4.2, not 105 1.5 101.9. But 102.8. But But at any rate, the, the man tested our song. And then he found out the heart rate variability test to be performed on the Relax Sauna. It exceeded what the research said it should be able to do is like, because and that’s because, and I’ve been saying for 20 years, I said, we have about 98% of the energy that comes out of the Relax Sauna is energy that resonates with your water molecules.

I was at a conference in Sedona about five months ago. And the the doctor, the medical doctor had just been at a conference and had seen another sauna in Colorado. And he looked at it said, gee, I could make that myself or whatever.

But then he and his wife both got into the Relax Sauna. His wife, her pain went from a nine to a two. And just second, and any of the pain from 109.

Sorry about that. But live, live television here, right? Yeah. So the temperature went from 101.

I forgot what I was talking about now. The, the guy, the red guy, right? Yeah, right. The So, so the, the, the Relax Sauna with with the testing that he did it, it, the heart rate variability was, it worked quite HRV.

There you go. Yeah, right. Yeah.

And that’s, I want to, I want to dive into a couple of the particulars. What about this? What about that? In a little bit to kind of close this out. But for folks, I mean, yeah, let’s just talk about I get the feeling that a lot of folks on here are pretty familiar with all the benefits of infrared sauna, just in general, assuming it’s one that’s actually doing what it’s supposed to be doing.

So I don’t want to spend a whole ton of time on it, but again, I would like to go down the list and it’s one of those, I mean, everybody, again, it’s, this is, this is why after eight and a half years of researching all things, chronic disease and cancer, et cetera, et cetera, autoimmune I, you know, it, it still is our get this first above all else, because I don’t know of anything else that checks as many boxes and gives you such a, it’s not just, you know, it’s not just detoxification. It’s not just, you know, hormesis for yourselves, you know, it’s the, the healthy stress that makes your healthy cells stronger and you know, your healthy cells, it’s like a workout for them. Your cancer cells can’t take the heat.

It’s not just a cardiovascular benefit and now I’m starting to list them off, but, but yeah, it’s just all these things wrapped into one that I don’t know of any other, of any other such a well-rounded wellness booster in general, particularly for chronic disease. But yeah, Phil, do you want to just go over some of your favorites? Just, you know, if you had to categorize the health benefits of infrared sauna in general, and I’ll, I’ll, I’ll do some of mine as well. If, if, if I wanted to, I remembered what I was talking about.

I said, I’ve been telling people for years, 95 to 98% of the energy is the exact frequency that resonates with water molecules. And that’s a doctor in Colorado, who is in Colorado, you know, whose wife, her temp, her pain went from a nine to a two. And he was saying, this is the exact frequency.

This is the exact frequency he could feel it. And many people are very aware and they, you know, because I go to a lot of conferences and I run into a lot of people who are on the cutting edge of, of energy medicine, and they can feel the energy coming from the Relax Sauna. And it’s, it’s a soft, it’s a soft loving light, you know, that they can, they can do, they can do a soft loving light.

And, and that’s the difference. There’s no harshness. Now, I saw one of the questions was talking about full spectrum infrared.

Yeah. And we just had another pop up that I, you know, heard near is more important than far. And yeah, I’ve gone back and forth on this, and I wanted to get into this towards the end, but maybe it’s probably good that we just talk about it now because it kind of ties into what you’re talking about and how it is different.

I’d, I’d heard, I’d kind of been back and forth on this because I’ve heard a couple, a couple different doctors that I really respect talking about, you know, near being better. And you told me where that information comes from and how it’s flawed and talk about that in a second. But even, you know, even aside from where that information comes from, which would fill again to in a second any of the, you know, my wood sauna is supposedly a full spectrum sauna, but when we’re talking about it in the webinars, we make no, you know, we make no claims that it’s, it’s actually, you know, that you’re actually getting a substantial amount of near or a substantial amount of mid it’s still, you know, the vast majority is far any, any of the sauna companies that are telling you that you’re actually getting a whole ton of near or mid.

And that’s, that’s just marketing. That’s not, that’s not actually true. If you, if you want an actual effective blast of near and mid red and infrared get, get a, get a, you know, a panel red light therapy device.

Yeah. That’s, that’s what you need for effective near and mid infrared. Now that being said, talk about the near infrared saunas and, and how they’re not what, you know, not what people think they are, where that information comes from.

Yeah. Right. Well, I’ve again, 2017 is when we started getting attacked, you know, at least the same.

Well, see when you say near is better, better for what, you know see the purpose of a far infrared sauna, according to, and this is the lady who introduced the this is detoxify or die. It’s, it’s written. Yeah.

And this is Dr. Sherry Rogers classic right there. I mean, on page 208, it clearly states, you know, at the far end of the infrared spectrum are the longest and most healing rays, the far infrared spectrum spanning from a thousand to four microns now between four and 14 microns in the far infrared spectrum fall. Most of the rays, they’re the safest and most vital to health and healing.

These are they’re responsible for photosynthesis, without which there’d be no life on earth. So it clearly states in this book, which is the classic, I’ve seen so many people come to my booth over the last 20 years with this, this book they have with them. It’s all tattered and torn from from years of reading it and use, but it’s it’s and so on the near infrared saunas when they first came out is what the wait a second, near infrared does all this stuff that far infrared is known for doing according to Dr. Sherry Rogers in this classic book, which is almost the whole book is about far infrared saunas.

And she calls it the superior sauna is distinguished from the finish saunas. And, and she says that the temperature is basically 140 degrees is good, you don’t need to get 180 or whatever, like the finish saunas. But at any rate, the near infrared sauna people would say, near infrared does all this and far infrared does not said what.

And then when they they they they have like eight or nine links to the research on near infrared, you know, supposedly they’re near infrared light bulbs. And it all goes to near infrared lasers. So I’m talking about, you know, peaches, and I’m, I’m, I’m, I’m referring you to a page all about the benefits of figs.

And it’s like, what, what the heck is going on? Every single link talked about the near infrared lasers. Now the near infrared saunas now, you know, Kellogg is at his sanitariums in Battle Creek, Michigan, or wherever it was, at the turn of the 19th century, or, you know, the 1900s, around that time, he was using a near infrared light bulb. And, and they fell out of favor or heat lamp, they fell out of favor, because people would not be careful, and they would burn themselves on it.

And they were only moderately effective, they were effective, and they were a good a good use, just like all even the portable saunas, to me, I say, if you’re using a portable sauna, that’s, that’s better than an Amazon sauna, that’s better than none at all, it really is. But again, people classify, they talk about, they’ve seen three or four portable saunas, like we talked about, and they, and they put the Relax Sauna in with it. And what I was saying earlier, is that it took us 10 years to develop the computer technology to create semiconductor chips, and Taiwan is known for producing 94% of the semiconductor chips in the world.

And the semiconductor chip takes the energy from the electricity, and filters out the near infrared, we filter out the mid infrared, and we filter out the far infrared that doesn’t resonate with the water molecules. So we only give you pretty much four to 14. And I’ve been saying this for years, and it just goes over the head of people, they don’t have any pictures, they can’t relate to it.

And finally, I said, well, how do I, how do I make that concrete for people? And it turned out that increasing body temperature is what can be measured. Because you know, there’s all like a 30, 40, $50,000 device that we’re is, is testing the Relax Sauna now to see what energy actually is coming out. It’s not very easy to be able to tell.

But by measuring the results of the increasing body temperature, that’s the secret. That’s what Hippocrates said, find me a way to create sweat slash fever, and I will cure disease. So someone gets in the Relax Sauna after five or eight minutes, Hippocrates says, bingo, I can now cure you, you raised your body temperature, you have a fever.

So it’s really fever therapy is sort of like the solution. That’s what hyperthermia is about. And it’s, there’s a book out called the fourth, the fourth solution for cancer, you can cut, you can poison, you can burn, or you can use heat therapy, you know, basically a hyperthermia.

And to me, that’s the that’s the end. And Dr. Bill Akbenar, it talks about how the heat shock proteins in the Relax Sauna are so amazingly more than in any other sauna that he’s experienced. And he’s a Qigong master.

He’s a cancer doctor out of New York. He wrote this book in I think 2007. He talks about a wooden infrared sauna in here.

And then a couple years later, his partner bought 10 saunas from us and gave him one. And oh my gosh, the difference was amazing. And he has been a strong promoter of the Relax Sauna for about 10 years now or longer about 12 years.

But this is a classic, a classic book all about the benefits of sweating. Every culture known to man has always used a way to increase body temperature, the Indian, the Amazon sweat lodges, the Roman baths, the Finnish saunas, the, you know, the American Indian sweat lodges, and they all benefit and they all increase body temperature somewhat. But see, 60 years ago, because of the increase in toxins in this world, from glyphosates to the to the chemicals released by all the furnaces, the chemtrails now, the warfare on the citizens of the United States by poisoning the world, oh my gosh, what they’re doing is awful.

And, and so now, you know, when when this world is such that it works with duality, when the when we have a see, there’s no such thing as a problem. There’s only situations and when the mind finds it perplexing, we call it a problem. So when a problem comes in this world, on the other side of the coin is a solution.

So with the advent of all the toxins in this world, there has to be a solution. That’s the way the world is structured. There always has to be a solution, you know, and so the solution that came with the toxins shortly afterward, far-infrared saunas were discovered to detoxify you.

Yeah, so Phil, we had I want to get to I want to get just a listing off or just going into a bit of depth of all the various benefits that that sauna provides for people that aren’t familiar with it. And we did get on I’ll start with this, we got a couple people mentioning that they get a good sweats at, you know, saunas that the cheaper the Amazon saunas, right, sauna that goes up to 140 degrees, I will say like our old wood sauna. Yeah, you know, not the one we have now.

But the first one we got, it went up to 100 145. And we got, you know, a decent sweat. I got a pretty good sweat.

After a long you had to sit in there for a long time, though. And but then but then my wife, you know, never really got a sweat. And that’s so it’s, it’s, it’s kind of like, you know, some people sweat at a lower temperature than than other people, that’s kind of kind of very person to person.

But again, what’s really important is the is the rise in court. Well, sweating is important. But the rise in core body temperature, that’s where you’re getting the heat, like Phil mentioned, heat shock proteins, that’s where you’re getting the, you know, you’re starting to kill cancer cells, you’re, you know, you’re stimulating the immune system, all these things.

So yeah, Phil, can you can you talk about heat shock proteins for a second? And then let’s kind of just spend a couple minutes on each of the, you know, various categories of categories of health benefits. I want to want to be respectful of people’s time here and not not drag it out forever, because we could drag it out forever. But I definitely want to make sure to make sure to just give everyone a good understanding of what infrared sauna can do a good infrared sauna.

And then we can talk about talk about the the deal, the special Black Friday deal. And, and then we can do q&a after this, but I want to I want to be sure to get a jam packed hour in here before we before we start wandering off on on rabbit trails. Great.

So the, you know, basically, you know, when you look at what fever does in the body, you’re looking at what Far Infrared does, they’re really not too different. When you when you have a fever in the body, it’s going to heat well, basically, here’s here’s the way you create a fever. When we give you the exact frequency of the human body, which is 9.4 microns, or the exact frequency of water, which is eight microns.

When we send that same frequency out of the Relax Sauna generators, you you create the same frequency that we are. So because of that, we don’t notice it, we don’t notice the difference. So basically, it penetrates us, it goes in and out, the the energy is, you know, from quantum physics is a wave, which becomes a wavicle, which becomes a particle and our particles of our body become wavicles and waves.

And they sort of like go in and out. It’s like it’s a love bond between the energy coming out of the Relax Far Infrared Sauna, specifically, and the vibration of our body, what in the water cells is eight microns. So that’s why near infrared does not near infrared is is the lasers, seeing the near infrared that works is the specific frequency.

And those can be very intense, and they can penetrate nine inches. But the near infrared light bulbs, they do get you hot. It’s like, see, it’s, it’s not different than a fitness sauna, because it’s 450 degrees, they can get up to.

So it’s like being in an oven sort of like and so you can’t get a good sweat. But the question is, how much of that sweat is actually toxins. And like the fitness saunas generally are about maybe one or 2% of that sweat is actually toxins.

And they say, according to Dr. Sherry Rogers, I believe she says it, they’re 17% of the of the sweat in infrared far-infrared saunas would be toxins. So now when you increase the body temperature, and you get the water molecules to resonate, it’s like 100 people in a small room dancing, it’s going to get hot. So if all the water molecules in your body are shaking and rotating and spinning, and I talked to a physicist the other day, and she was telling me that it changes the voltage, far-infrared energy resonated with the water changes the voltage.

And so it increases the body temperature. You know, so both those things combined. Now, what happens when you increase body temperature? What happens the lymphatic system where the lymphatic system is the immune system, and you have lymphocytes or white blood cells.

Now, all of a sudden, they appear out of nowhere when there’s a fever. Now, I’m not sure if they’re being birthed, you know, from from or whether they’re just coming out of hibernation, but they come out and they’re called macrophages or whatever, and they chew up, like Pac Man, they get rid of all the toxins in the body and get it out of the body, where you bypass the liver and the kidney, and it goes out to the skin to sweat. And yet, at the same time, even if you don’t sweat, you can still get a lot of benefit.

And that’s what people like about the Relax Sauna. It’s the only portable sauna in America; it’s the only sauna I know of that takes 30 seconds to preheat. And you can feel the warm, loving energy like so many people have said that, gee, it feels like my my loving grandma’s giving me a loving hug, or I feel like I’m pasking and divine love or a step down version of it, they, they feel warm and loved.

And a lot of people have had sort of have had sort of spiritual experiences, where they feel uplifted and free. And sometimes their heart opens up, you know, and that’s why I call the relaxed out of the spiritual sauna, because it’s it’s different. It’s softer light, it’s loving light.

And I call the the the vibration that resonates with your water molecule. I say that’s loving light from four to 14 microns. I have called that loving light because that’s what you want.

That’s the exact frequency. And the neuron thread is too far away from the human body to have to increase body temperature. So the the most so the the first and and thing about saunas, they increases body temperature and detoxifies you of the heavy metals, the glyphosates, the dioxins, the the plastics, the you know, the phylates and all the gunk that doesn’t help your body that’s excess, that is, it’s like a dirty engine doesn’t work as good as a clean engine.

So if you detoxify and purify your body, and I’ve been doing this through fasting, through the lemonade diet, the master cleanser, through oxygen products, you know, like the chlorine dioxide, I’ve been promoting that since 88. And at any rate, the the the the Relax Sauna and far-infrared saunas in general by increasing body temperature increases the microcirculation. Now when you have a stagnant pond, you have a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Similarly in your body, when you have stagnant areas of your body where there’s no circulation, those are breeding grounds for mold and bacteria and fungi. And so when you increase the circulation of the body, that gets rid of the inflammation, which gets rid of the pain. And it also reduces blood pressure.

I mean, the Mayo Clinic has said, if you’re a heart patient here, do not use a regular sauna, do not use a hot tub, because the heart has to race to find an equilibrium between your body temperature and the outside temperature. However, if you use a far infrared sauna, that’s very, very therapeutic, because it increases body temperature. So the increase in the outside temperature is very minimal, compared so you can handle it.

And you can get all the benefits. Now, what the far infrared sauna also does, for some reason, when you increase body temperature, you’re you’re, you’re creating lots and lots of oxygen in the body. It’s like hydrogen peroxide does this ozone does this, the far infrared sauna produces lots of oxygen in the body.

And the mitochondria take this oxygen and then create, create nitric oxide and ATP, so that you get energized. But the most exciting thing about infrared saunas, especially the Relax Sauna, more so than any other, because it gives you so much more of the far infrared energy that’s I call the loving light, it activates the parasympathetic nervous system. And that’s what gets you into the present moment.

That’s what gets you into the now. That’s what gets you connected to the that which you are the divine, where you feel connected, you feel grounded, you feel tuned in, you feel more aware, you feel more free. And one lady who had a wooden infrared sauna for five years, they came to us at a holistic mental health conference.

She got in the sauna in her bathing suit for 30 minutes, and then came back an hour later and said, Phil, after eight to 10 minutes in the Relax Sauna, I experienced the most profound sense of relaxation I’ve ever had in my life. So, you know, when you get comments, and I’ve, I’ve put over 100,000 people in the Relax Sauna in the last 20 years, and I’ve probably witnessed 20,000 or more minor or major miracles of people’s, you know, one guy was in a motorcycle accident, his pain was pretty much at a six all the time. I told him, you know, on Friday night, if you do it now, you’re painful.

He said, No, I’ll come back tomorrow, came back the next day. And boom, you know, his pain went down to three, and he bought it just like that. I mean, when you can really reduce pain, and without drugs, in two minutes, in five minutes, in 10 minutes, people, anyone with chronic pain, anyone with Lyme disease, anyone with cancer, there’s five cancer clinics that use the Relax Sauna, and, and make it available to their patients in the in the United States, there’s five, well, two are in Mexico, and, you know, near near San Diego.

You know, and there’s a sixth one, too. And there’s probably others, I don’t even know that there are so many doctors who have discovered who use the Relax Sauna for for cancer for Lyme disease, chronic pain, arthritis, and, and, and so many other other things as well. So that, yeah, let me, let me jump in for a second, Phil, I gotta, it’s gonna drive me crazy if we don’t, if I don’t at least just list off these benefits.

Oh, yeah, right. Yeah, because I mean, Phil, Phil is very gonna let you do that. That’s your job.

You can talk about, you can talk about the Relax Sauna. And hopefully, hopefully, you guys, you’re seeing why had to admit I was wrong on on my view on portable saunas, at least, I still think, you know, I still maintain that I’m right about all other portable saunas. But, but relax is, as you can tell, it’s something a little different.

There, there is a special technology here that, that you don’t find even in a lot of the wood saunas with, with the patents and filtering out all the, you know, only that, that, that frequency that resonates with water molecules in your body, that’s, that’s, that’s, that’s new to me. But, you know, there’s something else people haven’t realized. Why do turtle eggs hatch? How do turtle eggs hatch? The relaxed, the far-inferred energy from the sun goes through the sand and resonates with the water and turtle eggs.

And that increases the body temperature of the turtle egg that activates the turtle embryo to grow into a turtle. Another new thing, another new thing for me. And of course, Gerald Pollack, in his, in his fourth phase of water, talks about that the, the, the sun, the far-inferred from the sun goes, it gives the plants the power to move and to bend.

And there’s something called easy water or exclusion zone water, and that’s increased. That’s purified water with far-inferred light does it better than any other light. Indeed, indeed.

Yeah. So, I mean, we, we’ve talked about detoxification, ad nauseum. But again, I mean, that’s, that’s the big thing though, is the, and somebody asked about, you know, steam saunas versus far-infrared saunas.

Yeah. That’s, that’s the research that has, you know, bared out for quite some time now that far-infrared sauna sweat has more toxicants in it, as in, you know, it just expelled more toxicants from your body than any other type of sauna. So yeah, that’s the big deal.

And again, I mean, it just, sweat in general, right. And, and that’s the thing, and that is a big thing where if you get a little sweat, that’s, you know, that’s good. You want a river of sweat.

You want it to just to be drenched. And, you know, some people can get, you know, some people are more prone to sweat at lower degrees, but the, the only thing, you know, there’s, you know, you gotta, you gotta have that higher temperature. You’ve got to have a good technology like this for, for anyone, anyone and their brother and their mother and their daughter and their son to be able to, to be sure that they’re going to get that, that river of sweat that comes with the Relax Sauna.

And, you know, in a couple of the wood saunas, Phil talked about heat shock proteins. Again, you know, it’s, it’s a little, it’s, it’s a more nuanced discussion, but essentially, you know, cancer cells can get targeted for destruction by your immune system in the presence of heat shock proteins. Speaking of increasing body temperature, which like you have to increase poor core body temperature, that’s where the immune enhancement comes in, you know, all the way back to Hippocrates.

You know, give me, give me a real fever. And, you know, I’ll, I’ll cure your disease. That’s, you know, the Coley’s toxins research back in the day, right? Where, where the guy, where this Coley guy was injecting, like basically injecting bacteria into people to produce an immune response.

And he was finding that, you know, he was getting good cancer results because, because he was stimulating, he was, yeah, he was inducing a fever with, you know, injecting these bacterias into people, which is awesome, but I’d rather sit in a nice, relaxing, Relax Sauna than, than go, you know, inject some bacteria into myself to, to get a fever. But I mean, yeah, same thing you’re that once, once you get that fever going, it kind of almost one, you’re killing cancer cells because, you know, cancer cells can stand, cancer cells cannot stand up to the heat, whereas healthy cells can. And it’s that, that’s actually the good hormesis.

That’s the good, healthy stress for your, for your regular cells. It’s actually like a workout for yourselves. It makes yourselves more resilient, whereas the cancer cells can’t stand it.

But then, you know, on the other hand just creating that fever, it’s kind of like, oh, with the, the immune system says, oh, we’ve got a fever. There must be, you know, there must be a threat. Let’s go into overdrive.

Let’s you know, let’s really make sure we’re crossing all our T’s and dotting all our I’s here. And that’s, you know, that’s where the immune response gets stimulated from that raising core body temperature, you know, from the, from the artificial fever, right? And then you got cardiovascular. Phil mentioned that before, but huge, huge, I mean, there’s, there’s a mountain of studies just on cardiovascular benefits alone.

That’s, you know, it’s, it’s, I wasn’t quite as excited about that. Just, you know, when I was, when I was just researching pure cancer stuff, but then, you know, then come to find out it’s like a third of cancer patients actually end up dying from heart attacks and cardiovascular issues, really big deal, even in cancer. And of course, even, you know, cancer is my world.

Not everyone on this call is, is, is concerned with cancer, but cardiovascular, you know, that’s, that’s still, I think cancer will replace it soon as the number one killer. But for right now, heart issues are still the number one killer. And the reason I think the reason is it’s, you’re getting like a workout while you’re sitting in there, especially the caveat when you actually raise your core body temperature, it is a workout for your whole body.

Your heart rate goes, you know, dramatic, it increases dramatically. Like, you know, you, you will be, your heart will be beating much faster just from sitting in the sauna than, than not. And there’s, there’s other reasons in general, but again, mountains of research on cardiovascular.

I talked about immune stuff, weight loss kind of comes with the, comes with the workout, comes with the sweat. You’re going to lose weight. You’re especially the reason for a lot of body fat is if you’re super toxic, then your body is storing that extra fat.

So it has somewhere to store the toxicants. So, you know, so it’s getting stored in the fat, not in your organs. You release those toxicants.

Now you’re going to release the fat, especially around the holidays, probably a good, probably a good strategy to mitigate any overeating, but try not to overeat the holidays, you know, stay, stay on your healing, stay on your healing diet. It feels good. Anti-inflammatory, again, talk about chronic disease, inflammation, that’s kind of one-on-one, right? If there, if there is no inflammation, there is no chronic disease.

That’s, I hate dogmatic, like always rules like that. But again, tons of research on anti-inflammatory, skin health, healthier, tighter skin, again, just from, you know, all the sweating from the detoxification, stress relief. Phil talked a lot about stress and relaxation.

I won’t go into that. Sleep quality, ton of, you know, ton of research on sleep, deep sleep, especially like, you know, it increases your amount of deep sleep, which is another thing I’ve been geeking out on lately is, yeah, just, just how are all the ways we can increase our deep sleep, which is where the healing happens, which is where a lot of internal detoxification processes take place, your, your brain, glymphatic system draining, all this stuff. Yeah.

So that is, that is Ryan’s list of, and there’s more there, there, there’s more. Again, that’s why I still, to this day, when someone asks what’s the first most important piece of healing gear I get, it’s, it’s an infrared sauna. I’ve always, you know, said, you gotta, you gotta save up for, or just make it happen or put it on a credit card or get financing or whatever for the, you know, four or five, $6,000 wood saunas.

Now there is a way to get a much less expensive portable sauna, anything special you can offer our, our podcast listeners, Phil. Yeah. If you’re, if you’re listening to this podcast, you can use the, the, the discount code Stern, S-T-E-R-N, and it could be capital, lowercase, it doesn’t matter.

And you get $100 off the Relax Sauna. And that’s, that’s the Relax Sauna. Again, the value is 2000.

We sell them on the internet for $1,500. There is US or Canadian shipping or, or international shipping, but it’s $1,500, $100 off brings it down to $1,400. If you get the black sauna, that’s $2,100, $100 off brings it down to 2000.

You get a 30 day money back guarantee. Uh, it’s got a one year warranty and we expect them to last, uh, frankly, 10 to 20 years. You know, we say it’ll last five to seven years in a clinical setting used eight hours a day, but at your home, it should last 20 years.

We don’t know. We’ve only been selling it for 20 years. And someone else told me just the other day, they’ve had there for 19 years, by the way, people have asked what’s, what’s the website people go to it’s Relax Saunas.com and they can see 800.

And I think you have, they can go to your website too. Uh, but if they go to RelaxSaunas.com, there’s 800, 900 testimonies on the Relax Sauna that they can view, or they can go to RelaxSaunas.com/YouTube. And if they’re going to RelaxSaunas.com/superior, you’ll be able to see the two minute video that Dr. Paul Anderson sent to us, you know, uh, and that’s on that page RelaxSaunas.com/superior.

Now the, the, um, the temperature, okay. In the Relax Sauna, if you read the reddit.com, if you go to the RelaxSaunas.com/superior page, you can go to that reddit.com article about the review of the Relax Sauna and comparing it to cold shower treatments, um, which he was a strong advocate for. He pointed out that the Relax Sauna raised the body temperature significantly and had a lot of other benefits, but, uh, the, uh, temperature, he measured it every single, you know, and found out that it went to 130, 130, 540 right away.

It can get to 169 degrees. As a matter of fact, that’s too hot for me. And so, you know, I’ve, I’ve been going around giving talks for years.

It’s the light. It’s the light that does the healing. It’s resonating.

It’s energy medicine. The light resonates with your water molecules. That’s how you get healed.

That’s how you feel energetic. That’s how you feel revitalized. That’s what gives you great mental clarity.

That’s what gets rid of your pain. So, I’m, I’m in here at 22 minutes, hotter than hell. I’m, I’m, I’m moving to be able to handle it.

And finally, I realized unzip the zipper. So, you unzip the zipper, and I call this our digital sophisticated temperature control device, okay? Because you have to remove it with a digit. So, it’s digital, and it’s a sophisticated, which is my humor, uh, temperature control device.

You just unzip the zipper eight inches. All the heat goes out. You’re comfortable.

You’ve been sweating profusely for the last three, four, five, ten minutes anyway. And now, you’re not hot. You’re comfortable, and you’re still sweating profusely.

In other words, the big illusion is that the heat and the temperature in the sauna has something, you know, I, the heat inside the sauna, the relaxed heat inside it has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. And it also has very little to do with the healing and therapeutic benefits of the sauna. It’s not the temperature.

That thing on the blue handle there is a timer. It’s just a timer. And the, the, the control is, the semiconductor chip controls the temperature.

Now, you know, the, the, the temperature, the heat inside the sauna is actually a byproduct. And, and it’s not that the, it’s not that the temperature is dangerous to have it high. It’s just some people can’t handle it.

And some people like the fact that your head sticks out. If you want to stick your head in the sauna, you, you simply, I’ll just, I’ll just show you real quick. Pop your head down in there.

And then you turn on the temperature. Now, if you want, if you want. You can even like, I’ve been sticking something over the top of it too.

If I really want to go all the way. Yeah. You don’t really need to, because it gets too hot if anything, but you could, but, but if you want, if you want to sit on the floor, the way it’s set up right now with the poles, see these poles hold up the tent.

There’s two of them on each side. And if I take them out, the tent’s caved in, see. But, but another thing is that smart infrared energy penetrate according to all the literature from one and three quarters inches to two inches.

Near infrared penetrates one to two millimeters, one to two millimeters is all near infrared penetrates. And, and the far infrared penetrates deeply resonate to the water molecules and the water molecules then surface and take the toxins with it. Near infrared does not do that.

Okay. Lasers is a different thing. It’s a different animal to different machine, red light therapy, near infrared.

That’s a different technique. It’s a good product, you know, and it has its benefits, but it doesn’t necessarily increase body temperature. It doesn’t do hyperthermia.

Yeah. Yeah. We’re still getting questions about near versus far.

And again, that’s, you know, the, all the, the people saying that, you know, the near infrared does all this cool stuff. That’s, that’s the research based off the lasers. That’s not based off the, you know, the, the, the near infrared lamps that you see used for near infrared sauna.

So that’s, that doesn’t mean people get benefit from it, but not necessarily the detoxification they get from increasing the body temperature. So, yeah, there’s like, you know, like if you want, like, you know, the mitochondrial stimulation and stuff like that, that’s when you get, that’s what you get, like the, the, the red light panels for like, you know, my favorite, my favorite whole, whole body standup red light panel company is, is mito red lights. We just, you know, if you’re on the email list, you just saw, we did that little promo for, for loom box, which is the cool little, little portable miniature one.

So yeah, my favorite portable one is loom box. My favorite big standup one is mito red light. I’m pretty sure Stern works on, I know it works on mito.

I think it works on, on loom box as well, but, but yeah, when we’re talking about all the stuff we’ve been talking about for the past hour and a half, that’s that is far infrared. You’re getting the, you’re getting the you’re, you’re getting like, that’s, what’s going to get like everyone’s known that forever that, you know, far infrared goes further. That’s why it’s called far.

It goes further into the body. And, you know, it resonates with your, you know, your bodily energies and your water molecules and all the research, you know, Phil talked about earlier on EZ water. If you listen to Gerald, Dr. Gerald Pollack, all the university, excuse me, all the research he did at the university of Washington and how infrared, you know, reacts with your, with your own internal water to create that fourth phase of water that he calls EZ water.

That’s where all the, you know, that’s, that’s a whole separate podcast and webinar, but, but again, that research was done with far infrared, far. So yeah. And frankly, you know, like the, the wooden saunas from way back, you know, they usually were from two to 25 microns.

And the more of the four to 14 you have, the more effective your, your sauna is going to be. It’s like turmeric has curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, in turmeric. So you, and a lot of times when people buy a sauna, they don’t ask about the dose, like when you buy a vitamin C or any kind of supplement or a zinc, you say, well, what’s the dose? Well, the dose of the relaxed far infrared sauna, it’s, it’s 1400 Watts.

It’s 95 to 98% pure loving light, which is the four to 14 micron active ingredient. And when you buy an Amazon sauna, that’s 36 or 50% with, with 900 Watts, you’re, and then you don’t have the reflective. See, the reason the Relax Sauna works, which is, you know, that like cats lie in the sun, they don’t lie in the shade.

And so when you go out into the sun and the feeling you have, when you close your eyes in the hot sun, that feeling you have for one to two minutes of that incredible core temperature to the bone, that feeling of warmth, if you could multiply that by 10 or 20 times, that’s what you feel like when you’re in a, in a far infrared sauna, and especially the relaxed far infrared sauna, you feel that core temperature increase. You feel great. I talked about EMF earlier.

I don’t know, Phil, I don’t know if you have official stats on this or not, but again, I took my Acousticom 2, which, you know, in my opinion, you can get like a tri field, which is good for separating out electric fields. It’s good for separating out magnetic fields. But as far as just electromagnetic fields, the ones, you know, you’re, you’re most concerned with my Acousticom 2, I could barely, I could barely get it to register anything.

So there’s that. I don’t know if you have any, I mean, we talked about this earlier, Phil, you’ve got building biologists and not just any building biologists, but the building biologists that specialize in EMF, you’ve got them, you know, recommending and using these saunas yourself. I don’t know if you have anything else to say about EMF.

I think, I think that pretty well covers it. Well, you know, again we’ve, we, there’s a man who was selling EMF devices at our conference, at a conference we were at, and he tested out and said it was low. You know, I measure it and there, there’s an EMF there, but what’s important to realize is of the 21 most common household appliances, the Relax Sauna is third and seventh lowest in EMF.

If you’re using one of these and, and you’re in a place that has Wi-Fi and you’re complaining about the EMF and the Relax Sauna, that then, then you really need to educate you more about, about, about the, it’s the microwave. This is a microwave device. Far, as a matter of fact, the research in Japan shows that far infrared energy in saunas antidote the ill effects caused by microwave energy or by EMF.

We have put people in the Relax Sauna who’ve had pain of sunburn pain of six, three times, and the pain went away totally, twice totally, and once it went down to a one. So, far infrared energy antidotes the ultraviolet energy caused, overexposure caused, which causes sunburn, and it antidotes EMF and microwave energy. But I was saying that the, the, we’re the third lowest of the seventh lowest from one inches and 12 inches apart of the 21 most common household appliances, and so this, the fear of EMF is a thousand times more dangerous than EMF of itself.

Well, and it’s also more dangerous, I mean, the actual EMF, I mean, when we talk about the difference between this and the, the $200 sauna you can get on Amazon, you are going to get microwaved in the $200 sauna you get on Amazon. You’re going to get microwaved in even a lot of the, you know, portable tent style saunas like this that are a little more expensive. I won’t, you know, mention brand names.

The more supposedly higher end, low to no EMF tent saunas, I’ve seen the readings on those, and they’re, that’s, that’s marketing, it’s not, it’s not true. This is now the only one that I know of that actually has very, very, very, very, very minimal EMF. You know, with wood saunas, the other, you know, the big thing to look for is, is toxicity.

You’ve got, you know, you’ve got treated wood, you’ve got glues in the wood, you know, it’s, it’s, it’s tough to find a truly non-toxic wood sauna. They’re, they’re out there, and the one we usually, you know, the one we have is very, very, very non-toxic. But with, with a lot of the, you know, I hear this with a lot of the other, the portable saunas is that the, you know, when you get it, the off-gassing smell is, is overwhelming from the material being used, you know, and this, this, while this, while this isn’t wood, I was also very pleasantly surprised that I really didn’t, you know, from day one, taking it out of the package, I haven’t really smelled anything.

I mean, I’m sure it’s, you know, I’m sure there’s some, something going on there, but I mean, again, one, your, your head’s sticking out of it in the first place, and two, you can, you can tell when, you know, you smell it when something’s off-gassing pretty hard. I, I have not, I have not really smelled anything since day one. That’s been a pleasant surprise as well.

So a couple, a couple of different questions on, on temperature. Again, this is, this is 170 degrees. You’re, you’re not going to find that in the other saunas.

And again, if it’s, if it’s too much, I mean, and again, that’s where the rising core body temperature comes from. And I always say like, you know, even, even with the, with the wood saunas, even with something that you can adjust the temperature, you know, you go, you go low and slow. You start at a low temperature and work your way up.

Phil showed you the, the ultra high-tech way to adjust the temperature on, on the Relax. You, you unzip one of the arm holes and, you know, if that’s not enough, then you unzip the other arm hole. There is a, a myth, you know, I, I will say a myth is if, if you want, like some say you need to be 170 degrees to, for a cancer patient.

Well, the, the, the Relax, you don’t, it’s, it’s the increase of body temperature kills the cancer cells, not the outside temperature. So, you know, the, the, what Dr. Sherry Rogers says in this book, you don’t need to be in a 180, 190, $200, 200 degree Finnish sauna, the 130, 140 degree average temperature in a far-infrared sauna will, will do the trick. You don’t have to be unbearably hot.

You know, the, the, the Finnish saunas, they’re, they’re super, super hot. So, you get the, you get the rise in core body temperature there just because they are super, super hot, but they also, they also cost a lot more and they also are more unbearable and you can’t stay in there very long versus, you know, the far infrared, again, it’s going far into your body and heating you up from the inside. That’s why you get the rise in core body temperature at, you know, at a much lower temperature than, than the super, super hot Finnish barrel saunas, whatever.

See, and then as far as, I mean, and I was, I was kind of leading to this as well. You know, there have been a couple of questions about like, you know, time, how long do you stay in there? How do you use it? Et cetera, et cetera. Dr. Russell Jaffe, MD Sure.

Those are good things that we hadn’t even covered and they’re important. The, the, a lot, one lady at a conference said, my friend, all her pain got relieved and I’m still in pain. It didn’t do anything in five to seven minutes.

And I said, are you really interested in really getting your pain to leave? I said, if you are, come back and do it three, four, five times at five or seven minutes snippets. And she did that. And after the fourth time she was standing, getting lunch or something, and all of a sudden she realized she had no pain.

So, you don’t even have to sweat to be able to get rid of the pain. You can use it with your clothes on. For example, once I was having an asthma attack about 12 years ago and I went in the sauna within two or three minutes, the asthma attack was gone.

And if you ever have cold chills, you know, no other sauna in two or three minutes can get rid of your cold chills because it, it, it, it works instantly. It doesn’t take 10 minutes or 25. I was at a conference for medical doctors in Minneapolis, nutritional medical doctors, about seven years ago, and four different doctors had wooden saunas in their home that they didn’t use because it took too long to preheat.

So, they all bought Relax Saunas. And that’s, that’s a factor that takes one minute, not 10 minutes, not five minutes, but one minute, 30 seconds to preheat where you feel warm and toasty. You can get in with your clothes on for five to seven minutes.

I personally do a 20 minutes full, complete naked sweat. And I usually sit in a half lotus position because I can on the chair. And I do that for 20 minutes, you know, every morning, pretty much.

I’ve, I’ve been doing it for 20 years. I mean, I’ve been in the sauna seven or 8,000 times already. And on spa day for Phil, I’ll do 20 minutes, get out, drink some water, maybe take a shower, go back and do another 20 minutes, then drink about 16, 20, 32 ounces of water, and then do it a third time.

And, and I feel like I’ve been at the spa for eight, nine hours. Do I feel clear? Do I feel mentally, mentally on the edge? I feel right there. I’m, I’m, I’m, I’m as sharp as a tack.

And that’s what I use it mainly. Occasionally, I’ll wake up with aches and pains that happens when your body gets, you know, into the 70s, that happens. And, and the Relax Sauna, boom, fixes things pretty much.

And, you know, it doesn’t work all the time. But it works 90% of the time. And that’s, that’s a pretty good ratio.

But at 20, a lot of people use it at night, they do a 20 minute sweat at night. Sometimes I do a 10 minute sweat, or non sweat, I do 10 minutes, and I fall asleep in at night, then I get up and go to bed. And I don’t necessarily sweat and take a shower before I go to bed.

But a lot of people do. So usually just take some people, if you’re an athlete, you do it for five to seven minutes before you work out. And then after the workout, if you’ve run a marathon, or you’ve done an extensive workout, then you do it for a 20 minute 20 to 30 minutes sweat afterwards.

And it’s invigorating. And it’s the recovery is amazing. The Los Angeles Dodgers bought three saunas from us and one of their players just ordered one from us.

Now that the offseason ended, and they used them in the bullpen and in their clubhouse. And they took them on the road with them a few times too. So we’re getting a lot of the major league and sports athletes are starting to use the Relax Sauna and find out the convenience of it is is beyond a shadow of a doubt one of the best things in the world.

Plus the effectiveness, you know, like, you know, we say that the Relax Sauna is the most therapeutic. As a matter of fact, this is the lady who did that she says, if you want to feel fantastic, an apps, an absolute must in your house is a fire infrared sauna. And for 10 years, like you, or 10 years, she was selling wooden infrared saunas in her two clinics.

And then she would literally turn her nose. Every time she saw the Relax Sauna booth, she would just turn her nose, I have a wooden sauna, you know, it certainly is far superior to that. And then she got in it six years ago.

And oh my gosh, in three minutes, she could feel the difference. And she’s helped sell 100 200 300 saunas. And she’s got 15 pages in this book on the Relax Sauna, but 20 pages on far-infrared saunas are how important they are.

And about eight pages on the Relax Sauna specifically, where she tells her story and says the Relax Sauna is the most therapeutic of all the saunas. Not better. Most Yeah, yeah, there’s a Phil, I want to get to a couple.

So there’s a couple of hands asking about what kind of readings do I get in the wooden sauna for EMF? And I mean, it, you know, same same as with the difference between relax, and all of the other portable saunas that do have a whole ton of EMF, same sort of thing. I mean, you know, that are the wood one we like is influence that they’re going through one they got hit with supply chain issues. And two, there’s just, I don’t know, they’re going through some company things right now.

And it’s a long story, but I can’t do my yearly influence promo, which was like, amazing timing, because I found, you know, I finally stopped turning my nose up and met Phil at at the conference. And then I’m like, Oh, my gosh, I got to tell people about Relax Sauna. But I’m also you know, I can’t not do my yearly influence thing.

But then they had the supply chain thing happen. I’m like, Oh, okay, this is this is great. We’ll just do we’ll just do relax for this winter.

But, but yeah, I mean, the influence, same thing I get, I get little to no, little to no reading on my and somebody else asked about what kind of EMF meter. I mean, I use there are a few I mean, you can you can spend 1000s of dollars on an EMF meter. But as far as you know, if you want a good one that you can, you know, how and that’s like professional building biologists will get the 1000s of dollars one.

But if you want a good one that you know, that gives you a very good sense of is that is this low or no EMF or is this really high EMF or somewhere in between the Acousticom 2 is what I use. That’s a couple hundred bucks. The Trifield is another option that gives you a little more, little more geek out room there, but isn’t isn’t quite as user friendly.

But yeah, yeah, with with relax, again, that’s I can barely get my Acousticom 2 to light up at all on it. And that’s holding it right next to the right next to the heater. There are a couple questions about heart stuff, Phil one.

And I think both of these, you know, it’s going to bear repeating, you know, please can sign and like do work with your naturopathic doctor that knows about these conditions on some of these corner cases, but somebody one person asked if it’s okay to use with you know, in the presence of congestive heart failure. Another person asked about pacemaker. So what the the the energy coming from the Relax Sauna only affects the water molecules, nothing else.

So there are hundreds and thousands of people with pacemakers who use the Relax Sauna with breast implants, all that doesn’t matter. It’s it only affects the water molecule. So it’s totally safe.

The Mayo Clinic recommends far-infrared saunas for all of their heart patients and says that regular finish saunas are no go because there can be a problem. And the same with hot tubs, but far-infrared saunas are very therapeutic. Good deal.

Any, anything on congestive heart failure? I know I’ve been asked this question in my, in my wood sauna webinars before and I’m pretty sure the answer was go for it. But I don’t. I don’t know.

I would say it is like, you know, everything, you know, it’s like going into water, you go a little bit at a time, you just put your foot in. So you do it gingerly. And just do it for five minutes.

No problem. Do it for 10 minutes. No problem.

Do it for 20 minutes. No problem. And then you and then you find out like, you know, see, this is a one lady came to us a year after we started selling the saunas.

And she said, I just had my baby. I use a sauna every day during my pregnancy, you know, and the baby came out great. And, and someone even said that, see, one of the best things to do if for a woman who has a baby, a lot of people get not a lot of occasionally people get depression after having babies.

And one of the best things to get rid of depressions are using the Relax Sauna can really, really help tremendously. It affects the mind and helps you feel creative and helps you feel relaxed. And depression just dissolves.

So you know, a lot of someone quit some speaker at a nap at some holistic convention said breastfeeding people shouldn’t do saunas. I never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. You know, it’s like one because it’s going to cleanse and purify the body.

So every day the milk is going to be more and more pure. And frankly, you know, even though the official policy of the Relax Sauna is that pregnant women should consult their doctor. I say, Hey, think for yourself, do your own thinking, you know, use common sense.

If you’ve been using a sauna for all your life, there shouldn’t be any problem. But yeah, and that’s, that’s, I’m glad you mentioned that with the breastfeeding thing, because I mean, you shouldn’t do a detox that’s going to stir things up, right, a chelation, or something like that, that’s going to be going in and grabbing a bunch of things. And now it’s loose in your loose in your bloodstream loose, you know, because that will make its way to his breast.

But I mean, when you think about it, you’re sweating it out, right? It’s not, it’s not, it’s not, it’s not like, you know, chelating things where it’s going to, you know, bind and then travel through your bloodstream, or travel through your lymphatic system and then make you know, can make its way to the breast in that process. You’re just straight up, it was in your blood, it was in your fat, and now it’s out of your just went directly out of your skin from wherever it was. And anyone doing a detox treatment, a lot of times they just don’t have enough oomph to get it out of the body.

And the relaxed fire and fit sauna will give your body the oomph to get it actually out of the body, instead of playing musical chairs with the organs for the toxins. Yeah, and it’s another I mean, it’s a, you know, I kind of, it’s kind of like a home base for healthy stuff. And just, it makes you like, when you’re, you have less desire to do, especially when you’re doing this, because it’s like, you know, if you’re, if you’re if you if you start a running habit, and you also smoke, you will probably not want to smoke because you’re running.

And you’re like, Oh, I’m getting better and better at running further and further. Why would I want to smoke and you know, mess up my lungs to not be able to run as well. Same sort of thing with with the sauna.

It’s like the more you do it every day, the more it’s just like, that’s kind of your home base for healthy lifestyle. And then you feel so good about I just sweated out all those toxicants. And, and then, you know, when it when it comes to like the tempting things or the convenience things or whatever, where you might be making some compromises throughout the day.

It just it gives you that extra willpower. Like I just, you know, I just did this awesome detox. Why would I want to introduce something that I just sweated out all over again? Yeah, it really is just kind of a nice home base is that’s not the best way to say it.

But it’s, you know, it does just it makes you feel better all around, like for your whole day, about how you’re going to go about your day. You know, about eight years ago, I was lying out in the backyard sweating. And I noticed how watery my sweat was.

And I and I didn’t realize how viscous my sweat is when I’m in the Relax Sauna. It’s thick, it really is thick. And it’s and it does taste salty.

So see, when you do a normal athletic workout, your your sweat is not going to have the toxins in it. It’s not so much the sweat, it’s more the increasing the body temperature. That’s, you know, I think that’s the that’s where the you want to do you want to increase the body temperature.

And the more you do that, the more the more toxins you’re going to get out of the body through the sweat. Yeah, and hey, everybody, just that there’s there’s like a lot of my wife’s gonna kill me if I if I drag this out too much longer, because it’s, you know, family movie night and blah, blah, blah. It’s the one time of the week that the children get to watch anything on a screen.

And that is Little House on the Prairie. We’re, we’re up to season three now. But, but yeah, I mean, there’s there’s a couple more like, you know, how to and optimal usage questions and stuff like that.

I will say one, if you haven’t already seen it on our the Stern Method YouTube channel, watch our ultimate sauna routine video. And you know, there’s like, eight different things that we do. And like, you don’t have to do all these things.

You know, as far as like, we optimally we’re, we’re rebounding first jumping on the little mini trampoline to kind of get the get the body moving. And then we’re doing a dry skin brush to, you know, to open up our pores. And then we’re getting in there.

And then, you know, Phil mentioned that cancer clinics are using IVs while they’re while they’re, you know, comboing that with hyperthermia. So, you know, we’ll, we’ll do like a liposomal vitamin C or a liposomal curcumin while inside the infrared sauna, just to kind of mimic that. And then, you know, maybe doing a hot anyway, go go watch the video.

And you know that. But then there’s a couple things somebody asked about binders that you could take before and after. I don’t really see as I mean, it’s always a good idea to take binders as long as you take them away from food and other supplements because you don’t want it to be binding the nutrients from the food and the other supplements.

With this, like when you’re doing like, and when I do, I’ve gotten into like colonics and water enemas and stuff like that lately. You know, it’s a good idea to take a binder then because you just stirred everything up in your gut. And hopefully you expelled most of it, but you probably didn’t expel all of it.

Really good to take really good idea to take a binder then since you’re sweating it out. I don’t know, Phil, I’ve never seen, I’ve never seen like a real reason to that you should take a binder to mop up any, any loose debris, so to speak. I mean, it’s never a bad idea to take a binder as long as you’re taking a mineral supplement and that sort of thing.

But I don’t see it as a, I don’t see it as a must with infrared sauna. Do you concur on that? Well, I haven’t, you know, generally I don’t. Different, you know, naturopathic doctors or physicians or nutritional consultants may have had a lot of wonderful experiences that related to you.

But I think it’s important, like you said, to take electrolyte or a good vitamin formula. Sometimes you can take your supplements in the morning and then do a sweat it right afterwards. And that’s that you can usually feel revitalized.

Now, by the way, someone talked about steam saunas. The steam saunas do not see the purpose of an infrared sauna is an energy medicine device. And it’s a frequency and the steam saunas don’t increase body temperature at all.

So that they’re good and they’re healthy, like all saunas, but they don’t. You want to increase body temperature by resonating with the water molecules and getting the water molecules to shake. Some benefit, but again, it’s the bicycle versus the Cadillac analogy.

I’ve also heard you want to be careful with steam saunas, especially if it’s at your local like YMCA or something of the potential for mold. Yeah. Yes.

Yeah. Because when you think about that, unless they’re unless they’re really being careful and looking at all the cracks and, you know, looking inside the thing and all that stuff, you could see how you could see how you might be sitting in a might be sitting in a mold inhalation unit for, you know, for an extended period of time. By the way, for mold detoxing, you know, this one lady had a wooden sauna.

And, and boy, when she got to relax on it, it’s just, it’s just, it’s on the website, RelaxSaunas.com/superior. She, her name is Paula. She talks about her experiencing with a Relax Sauna and get rid of her mold.

It was incredible how it made her so vibrant and healthy. And, and also ozone saunas, ozone, a lot of people, any ozone unit you can use with a Relax Sauna, there’s actually two ozone companies that sell the Relax Sauna as an ozone sauna. So, you know, you can buy an ozone unit and use it with a Relax Sauna.

There’s a, you can put it where the cord comes to in the bottom and you can have a lot of good effects. So, you know, someone asked about that and Becky, we got your question answered on the four foot cord and yes, you can use an extension cord and yes, it just plugs into a regular outlet, which is, which is also a really big deal with, you know, with, with a lot of the good wood saunas. Well, if you’re getting like a bigger one, especially you gotta, you gotta have a whole, you gotta, you gotta change your panel out to the, the, the, the 240 volt or whatever.

Not the case with this. Yeah. Any, any regular electric socket, you can plug it into.

Please let us know how to clean the lay down and yeah, that’s good. I mean, again, that’s where, where towels, towels are your friend, Sandra. Right.

And, and, and by the way, the Relax Sauna does come with a chair. It does come with a really comfortable chair. And as you see here, I have a towel on the chair and there’s another folded towel, which is wet from this morning.

That’s, so I use two towels and that takes care of all the sweat. If you want to wash this, you don’t, and to, to clean the sauna, you just turn it on for five minutes and it self cleans. If you use a, if you want to, you know, if you’ve got sweat on the floor, you can use a health food store soap, like Bronner’s, Dr. Bronner’s, and just, you know, get a damp cloth and wipe it.

But usually when I sweat, all the sweat goes on those two towels. Yeah. Vaughn, I’m just asking where he can find more info on binders.

Vaughn, you’ve heard about like activated charcoal or bentonite clay or zeolite, these sort of natural mineral-ish, rock-ish type things that have a really strong affinity for binding on detoxicants. Yeah. That’s what we talk about when we talk about binders.

So yeah, any activated charcoal product or clay product, you know, and then there, there are combinations of those things. I like cytodetox from True Cellular Formulas. I like True Carbon Cleanse also from True Cellular Formulas.

I like, I forget what it is, but Quicksilver Scientific, it’s just their, their binder product. I forget what it’s called. It’s a good one.

But yeah, again, any, you know, that’s, that’s what we’re talking about when we’re talking about binders is those sorts of things. Becky’s asking, can you go into any more detail between the black and the silver? I think, you know, the black’s a little more thicker. Maybe it’s going to heat up a little faster even than the silver.

But I mean, the silver is amazingly fast, you know, time, even in my icebox of a bedroom. Yeah. Any, any more detail on helping people decide between the black and the silver? Well, the, the Relax Sauna is probably nine times more far infrared loving light than any other portable sauna.

So if the black one is 5% more, it’s, it’s, it’s not significantly more than any other sauna, but it does weigh six pounds. The tent weighs six pounds instead of four pounds. It is thicker.

If you’re, if money is a real issue, then the silver sauna will be, you know, fine. But the black one is thicker and probably does reflect a little bit better. I’ve heard a lot of people say that they think the Relax, the black one works better.

And, you know, I haven’t noticed too much of a difference myself, but that’s my own personal. It’s been a pleasure having this conversation with you. I really enjoyed it.

And, and I trust that a lot of people will benefit greatly from the information that you and I have both shared with, with, with them. Indeed, Phil, thanks for thanks for keeping on bugging me at the conference. Sorry for being dismissive at first.

I’ll never do it again. It was so much fun because I had your number. I saw it.

I knew exactly what I needed to do. You know, I just had to persist and point out what I pointed out to you that, that, that we raised core temperature significantly more than any other sauna. And that’s, and that’s what a purpose of a infrared sauna is to do.

And again, this was a recording from the weekly webinar series. We invite our entire Stern Method and Anti-Cancer Revolution email list to attend and ask questions live as they happen. Please know that any product or service featured on this series is something I personally feel very strongly is something that has helped my son and family in our own healing journeys.

It’s only the best of the best. In other words, we’re very serious about that and refuse to talk about something we don’t enthusiastically use for ourselves. As you can tell from what heard on this episode, you can use code Stern, S-T-E-R-N for a great discount at any time on this company site.

And you can find that link and any other information you need to get it in the show notes. And also know that for the week after we actually did this webinar live, the discount was way bigger. The agreement we make with all the companies we feature on our live webinars is that they’re going to give our audience an unheard of deal, something way more exciting than they hear on a podcast or seeing a social media ad, but only for a week.

And then after that week long period, it drops down to more of the standard podcast or social media discount. So if you’re the type of person that’s always on the lookout for the best possible deal on the best possible healing products from supplements to gear and devices or healing services like testing or more energetic type stuff. And if you’re listening to this podcast, I don’t know why you wouldn’t be.

You need to be on one or both of our email lists. You can click the link in the notes to sign up for the anti-cancer revolution, which is the official email list of this podcast, delivering the show notes for all types of episodes we do along with other cancer specific information, right to your inbox and the Stern method, which is our family brand where we show all of our strategies and routines to incorporate all the healing stuff you hear on these podcasts into our lifestyle, along with other important things happening in the health world. And I should also mention here that for many of the products featured on these webinars, our Going Integrative Plus members actually have access to that crazy unheard of anytime they want, instead of just for the week when the webinar actually happens.

If you’ve listened to the other episodes of this show, you know that Going Integrative Plus is the resource my wife and I have created to make it possible for everyday people to ask their own questions to the top holistic cancer doctors in the world each and every week, which is the most valuable thing we could imagine for someone concerned with cancer. But in thinking about how to make it even more valuable, we’ve worked it out with a lot of the companies you hear on these webinar episodes to actually offer that crazy deal that’s only supposed to last a week to our members year round. So in all reality, you could be a member and never get on one of our live Q&A calls, which I don’t know why you wouldn’t, but even if that were the case, you’d still be coming out way ahead just utilizing the discounts.

You can see all aspects of the community and become a part of it at GoingIntegrativePlus.com if you feel like this would be a helpful thing for you. And as always, remember, if you’re going through cancer or anything else you’d rather not be, just keep going. God bless and Godspeed, and we’ll see you on the next one.
