Power
of Sauna
Therapy
“No sauna brings as much joy. That’s what the Relax Sauna does. That distinguishes the Relax Sauna from other saunas.”
The Power of Sauna Therapy with
Dani Williamson and Phillip A Wilson
It’s Sunday night. Oh my gosh, guys, we’re sorry we’re late. Please forgive us, all right? Yeah, I take full responsibility for that.
Okay, there we go. It’s all Mr. Wilson’s fault right here. Yeah, that’s right.
Williamson and Phil Wilson. It is Sunday night, a little bit past six o’clock. That means it’s Sunday night service.
So, you are going to be in for a treat tonight and it is worth the wait. Trust me on this one, because we’re talking tonight about Relax Sauna. Well, we are talking about Relax Sauna specifically, but we are talking about the power of sauna, the history of sauna, the healing powers of sauna.
Who should use one? Who should not? Probably maybe nobody. All of you should use a sauna and you’re gonna learn from the master right here. As soon as you get logged on and I can see multiple of you chiming on right now, I need to know where you’re from, who you are, what are your questions? Because we are going to hit it like a rocket ship tonight.
So let me put this up here for you. There we go. Hello, Lori Wagner, so good to see you.
Glad you guys found us. All right, listen, tonight is a big night. This is a big deal.
I’ve been wanting to have Phil on here for a Relax Sauna for a long time. Two years ago, I bought a Relax Sauna. I had sat in his sauna multiple years in a row and New York City and other conferences, but mainly New York City at the Integrative Healthcare Symposium.
Two years ago, I was sitting, because people always ask me, why did you choose a Relax Sauna? And while you all are logging on, I’m going to share why before we get him talking so y’all don’t miss him at all. I was sitting in a sauna two years ago, February, New York City, here in the middle of the show, and he’s trying to sell me a sauna, right? And I’m like, I don’t know, this thing is not pretty. I can’t imagine the house or in my office.
And I mean, not that I’m so pretty, but dang. I was sitting there and this medical doctor walked up. She’s an MD.
She walked up to Phil. He probably doesn’t remember it. And she said, I just want you to know, this is the best purchase that I’ve ever purchased.
And it was so ugly. I put it in my closet because I didn’t want people to see it. And I have used it every single day.
And then she had bought like two, two for all the patients were seeing. She was seeing such benefit with it. And like she had three saunas or something crazy.
And I was like, all right, sold. So when she stopped talking to him, I was listening to this. I called her over there and talked to her.
And I said, you really think this is a great sauna? She said, it’s the best there is on the market. You’re going to get a portable sauna. You’re only going to get Relax Sauna.
And so I bought it and I haven’t looked back, but what I regret is not really tuning in earlier this year for COVID, right? For your immune system, talking about boosting your immune system. We can’t talk about curing anything tonight, right? But we’re going to talk about ways to boost your immune system to help you live longer because there are studies. If you are in your sauna, the study I saw was five days a week.
Your lifespan is increased by like seven years. Is that correct? Yes. Yeah.
There’s a Finnish study about regular saunas saying that the Finns who do it four to seven days a week, their heart is in a whole lot, their life expectancy, their heart health, everything about their health is so much greater than those who do it two or three times a week. And the same difference between those who do it once a week and two to three times a week. See there? Well, Phil, we’re going to get you right in because I cannot tell you out of all the times I’ve done this for three years, I don’t think I’ve had this many people pop up questions so fast.
So I want, guys, welcome Phil Wilson here. Why don’t you just start with the quote from Hippocrates that you said that just came to me. Yeah.
Now, this is a quote by Dr. Bill Aspinall. It’s called No Sweat, No Sweat. Once you know sweat, K-N-O-W, sweat, then life is no sweat because sweat is the magic.
Sweat is the magic that gets you. Hippocrates said, find me a way to create sweat or a fever and I will cure disease. And again, if he said that, they would put him in jail as soon as he walked onto American soil because we’re not allowed to cure anything except for beef, I think.
That’s exactly right. P-I-S-E-A-S-E. Okay, there we go.
All right, well, let’s get started. I wanna know a little bit about the history of sauna. And you know, somebody just popped it up.
Other countries have known this all along. You bet, where is it? Right there. Oh, show us how it works.
No, no, no. Yes, I am gonna show you how it works for sure. But here’s what she said.
Other countries have known this. Of course they do. Right? I’m not saying, of course, Carrie.
Well, in this book, No Sweat, No Sweat, and this is also on our website, it’s $25. But Dr. Akpinar was voted the best cancer doctor in New York City, 2007. He’s a Chinese medical doctor, an acupuncturist, an American medical doctor, and actually a holistic dentist as well.
And he also is into Qigong, and he’s considered a Qigong master in the martial arts field. So he’s well-known, very well-known. And he worked with Dr. James Onikian, and he was the world champion kickboxer for five years, I think from 2001 to 2006.
Oh, wow. Okay. And at that, Dr. Onikian bought 10 saunas from me around 2002, 2003, the first year I was selling the sauna.
And they have a clinic in New York City in Great Neck, or Little Neck. And they promote the Relax Sauna to almost all of their cancer patients. It’s very therapeutic.
And there’s a lot of other cancer clinics, one in Baja, Mexico, another in Anaheim. There’s another one in Washington State. They all use and recommend the Relax Sauna.
Absolutely. Tell us a little history of saunas. Right.
I was mentioning this book because he does go into the history of saunas from the Roman baths, in the Greek times and the Finnish times, and the American Indian sweat lodges. You bet. The Amazon Indian, like this is a picture of him in the American Indian.
Oh, yeah. There’s another one that’s really a funny one here. This is one of my favorite pictures of all time.
Oh, look at that. That’s in the Amazon. There’s Dr. Akpinar and his daughter there.
Look at that. Yeah. So we have sweated for thousands of years, 2000 BC, 7000 BC, something like that.
I mean, thousands of thousands. Every culture uses sweat lodges as their, I won’t say their last place to go, but maybe their first place to go. And it’s a part of the healing modality of every medicine woman of every culture.
The Finns are, of course, I think there are more saunas in Finland that there are Finns. And the study you were talking about, about the life expectancy of those who do it four to seven times a week, far more. And they also, a study came out about a year ago, and this is almost controversial, that pregnant women have been using saunas throughout their pregnancy in Finland for years.
And I know around 2002, after having promoted the Relax Sauna for a couple of years, a lady came up to me and she said, here’s my little baby. I use the sauna every day during my pregnancy. However, I will not recommend using the Relax Sauna during pregnancy because I don’t wanna take liability.
If you’ve been using saunas all your life and you’re healthy, use your own intuition. The official Relax Sauna policy is consult your doctor. We don’t wanna be blamed for anything that could go wrong.
Absolutely, absolutely. So we’re gonna get right into it. We only have like 45, 50 minutes.
So we’re gonna get right into it. What is the difference between near-infrared sauna and far-infrared? What is this? What is this Relax Sauna? Okay, the Relax Sauna is a far-infrared sauna. And from what I understand, there’s a definition of far-infrared saunas in Japan, where you have to be at least 95% of the energy coming out of your sauna has to be far-infrared ray.
Otherwise they call it an infrared sauna rather than a far-infrared sauna. Now there’s a man who promotes saunas. He’d been doing it for three, four years online.
And I’ve heard him say a dozen different times that the more far-infrared you have in your sauna, the more effective it is going to be. And that’s because the human body vibrates at a certain frequency, which is 9.4 microns. Water cells in your body vibrate a certain frequency, eight microns.
In other words, we are far-infrared light beings. You know, a lot of people say we’re light beings, but we are far-infrared light beings. And the sun generates far-infrared ray energy, ultraviolet, and they even generate visible light, which we can see.
Now, I’ve got a chart here that basically it’s a standard chart you see all over the place. And this is the kind of frequencies. Now in that bright red, in the deep red band, that’s between four and 14 microns.
And that’s the specific energy that comes from the sun that resonates with water cells. Now, what does it mean to resonate with a water cell? Well, you know, you can have two crystal glasses that resonate with water cells. Or you can have a C, a C on a musical scale.
And then you have a tuning fork. And when it gets close, the other one will start vibrating. So the magic is the sun’s energy resonates with the water and plant cells, and plants.
That charges the energy in the plants and gives the plant, this is called photosynthesis, the power to move and to bend. And Dr. Gerald Pollack in his book, The Fourth Phase of Water, described how far infrared energy is the particular energy that creates more of that fourth phase of water energy, which is distilled pure water, and it expands it. And he’s the one that says it gives the plant the power to move and to bend.
And that’s photosynthesis. So photosynthesis, in a sense, works in our bodies. Right.
And what it does, it resonates with the water cells and pulsates it or vibrates. Yes. What you do is you have a water cell, a water molecule.
And the water molecule has two hydrogens and an oxygen. And if it’s pulsating, the angle gets smaller. So the water cell gets smaller.
And therefore, if the water cells in your body all get smaller, so does the blood cells. Right, right. The ramifications of this is that the vessels dilate because the cells in the vessels get smaller.
So therefore, the blood circulation increases tremendously. And that’s magic. Which would be fantastic, which I was already reading in this booklet that you send out that you have, talking about peripheral vessel dilation, lowering blood pressure, blood viscosity improves.
This was in a German study. Yeah, viscosity for sure. Long hauler syndrome and post COVID, we’re seeing some blood clots thrown out, right? We’re seeing people with issues with their vessels that they’ve never had before.
So again, it’s another reason to think about something like this and to keep the blood vessels limber and like photosynthesis, right? Movement and bending, keep us moving and bending, right? So what you have, if you increase the microcirculation, yes, that’s going to get rid of pain, inflammation, and it’s gonna help tremendously with neuropathy. I don’t know anything that works better on neuropathy than a Relax Sauna. That’s right.
Yes, I was reading something in here about that. Yeah, we’re gonna talk about all the conditions. Right.
So for infrared, I get it. Talk to us about how this beauty was invented. It’s portable.
Just tell us a little bit of the history, just a little bit, because we wanna get into the nuts and bolts about EMFs and how long you use it. They’re asking a million questions, but tell us about the history behind this and why we think this is a phenomenal sauna. But first let’s give them a little thing about sweating.
Remember what you said today? I mean, sweating is good. Yes. Even if you don’t have this sauna, right? You’re gonna learn a whole lot tonight about just the power of sweating.
All saunas that help you sweat are gonna be healthy for you. When I was a little kid, age 10, I used, a flu would like magic. It would always last three days for me, no matter what I did.
And on the third day, I would wake up in bed, totally soaked and feeling incredible. And that’s, you know, when Hippocrates says, find me a way to create sweat or fever, I will cure disease. And the fever is basically increasing the body core temperature.
And when you resonate with the water cells and the water cells start pulsating, you’re creating movement in your body. That’s the purpose of exercise. See, you need good nutrients and you need movement.
When you exercise, you’re getting the movement. When you go on a rebounder, you’re getting movement. When you go into the sauna, you’re getting movement.
And they say that being in the Relax Sauna is like a 45, is the same amount of sweat as a 45 minute cardiovascular workout or a six mile run. Yes, yes. Which I find fascinating that it gives you a cardiovascular workout.
Now it’s not gonna give you a weight lifting workout, so don’t confuse it, but it’s gonna give you a cardiovascular workout like no tomorrow. So give us a little history on this. How did this sauna come about? Well, around 1987, a Japanese company contacted this Taiwan electrical company that manufactures the Relax Sauna.
And they said, you know, the hot springs in Southern Japan where people go from healing, there’s such a beautiful energy around there. Can we get from electricity that same kind of energy? And the Taiwan electrical company says, well, yeah, let’s work on that. 10 years later, it took them 10 years to figure out how to filter out the near infrared and the mid infrared, because they don’t resonate with the water cells and create that joy, create that movement, create that increase in core temperature.
Like the specific frequency between four and 14 microns. And that’s magical between four and 14 because the frequency of water is eight. And so water is a far infrared molecule.
Everything vibrates according to Pythagoras, the great mathematician, everything vibrates, everything pulsates and everything has a frequency. So water has a particular frequency and it generates far infrared energy and we generate far infrared energy. And when you hug someone, they can feel your far infrared energy.
When a chicken lays on the egg, the far infrared energy resonates with the water in the turtle eggs, in the chicken eggs. And the sun energy goes to the sand and penetrates two inches deep and resonates with the water in turtle eggs, activating the turtle embryo to grow into a turtle. So the far infrared energy resonates with our, it goes in deep two inches, one and a quarter inches.
And then the neighbors talk to each other. So it really goes to the whole body. And if you have a hundred people in a small room dancing, vibrating, it’s gonna get hot.
So if you have all of your cells in your body vibrating, the human cells, the water cells, it’s gonna get hot inside your body. And that’s the magic that distinguishes the Relax Sauna from almost any other sauna you have on the planet. There’s a study that this guy put on reddit.com and he compared the Relax Sauna and they talked about cryotherapy in the article.
He says the review of the Relax Sauna, he bought a $200 Amazon sauna. He looked at all the research. And Dr. Sherry Rogers wrote this classic book.
And I have run into dozens of people who have said my detoxify or die book looks like it’s from the 1800s. It is so that used because it’s their Bible. This lady, Dr. Sherry Rogers, she’s a little older than me.
She’s in her probably mid seventies now, but she came out with this book in 2001, 2002. And it is a classic. It is a classic because she spawned an industry on far-infrared energy saunas because people came to her.
She’s an environmental medical doctor and people came to her left to dead by their medical establishment. Unbelievable. Chemical sensitivity and all that.
And she used a far-infrared sauna to get them back to health. So the research is on the wooden saunas that generally generate between two and 50 microns of energy. And there’s enough far-infrared ray energy to make an impact.
It’s at least 50% of the energy is far-infrared ray and wooden saunas, wooden far-infrared saunas is a different animal. And she called the far-infrared saunas, the superior saunas to distinguish it from the finished saunas, which work with heat. See, if you get into a hot enough room or a steam room, it’s gonna get hot, but the water molecules in your body are not gonna pulsate, it’s not gonna vibrate.
You’re not gonna increase the core temperature. When you go into a Relax Sauna, a lot of people, you can see the sauna there, they’ll have black spots on their towel. They’ll have black spots on the towel and God knows what else.
And it’s a lot thicker. When I was sweating about four or five years ago in August, lying in the sun, and I said, God, that sweat is so watery. And I didn’t realize how oily my sweat is because there’s 17% of the liquid in sweat from the Relax Sauna and probably almost any sauna is, but not as much, is toxins.
Yeah, that’s exactly right. In a normal sauna, only about 2% of the sweat is toxins or minerals or whatever. That’s right, that’s right.
How hot does this sauna get? The Relax Sauna on the inside will increase your core temperature 3.2 degrees. And the man who bought the inexpensive Amazon sauna, and it’s a great sauna, cause I had one like that myself from 2001 to 2002, and I loved it. It would take me 18 minutes.
I’d take the chair out. It’d take me 18 minutes to start sweating and 55 minutes to do a good sweat. In the Relax Sauna, it takes eight minutes to start sweating and about 18 to 20 to 22 minutes to have an incredible sweat.
That’s all it takes with no preheating necessary. No preheating. See, you don’t have to preheat it 10, 15, 20 minutes.
See, when you buy a great wooden sauna that sells for 8,000, there’s many good ones out there. A lot of people, they love them, but they don’t use them very often because they don’t want to wait 10, 20, 30, sometimes 40 minutes. And I was at a doctor’s conference in Minneapolis about four or five years ago, and four different doctors all owned wooden saunas that they hardly ever used.
That’s right. I have a lot of friends and patients who don’t use their wooden sauna because of that. Yeah, I sweat full in about 10 minutes.
Today, it was a little longer, about 11 minutes, but I think, you know, I moved my sauna here. I brought it to the office and all that stuff. And so, yeah, Lori was in it yesterday and she sweat.
And Lori was one of the ones sitting outside at the office there. She said, I’ve used it. Yeah, you do feel amazing on it.
Hey, there was one something here I wanted to ask you. Somebody asked, what about, do you recommend drinking water while you’re in the sauna or will that interfere with the body temp? No, you definitely want to use water. I usually drink between eight and 12 ounces before I get in.
And after 20 minutes, you want to drink another eight. So a lot of times I’ll get out after 20 minutes because I’m too hot. Okay, okay.
I’ll drink another eight to 12, 16 ounces of water. Okay. And two, three, four minutes later, I may take a shower, may not.
Then I go in and do another 20 minutes sweat. Okay, gotcha, gotcha. Ideally, you want to have a glass of water near, you know, you just have a stand by the sauna, you know, or whatever.
And then drink water while you’re in it and you can stay longer. I don’t think you want cold water though, because definitely, I don’t drink ice cold water, but I drink room temperature water. Temperature, yeah, that’s right.
And what is the ideal temp? Yeah, for the water. I don’t know if that’s what she’s talking about there. Talk to her.
The ideal temperature in the sauna, the Relax Sauna temperature, well, it gets to 130, 135, 140 degrees within five minutes. Now, it can get hotter. It can get up to, the Relax Sauna can get up to 169 degrees, but that’s too hot for me.
Okay. And I’m, you know, and I love hot. But so what you do, we have a sophisticated temperature controlled device I was talking to you about.
Yeah, I’ll show you. Yeah. We all keep talking.
Okay, yeah, this is a sophisticated temperature controlled device. And Danny’s going to demonstrate it. Okay.
It’s called, it’s called a zip. I love that. Okay.
See, when you’re in it and you’re too hot, you just unzip the zipper a little bit and it’s just as effective. These are the front zipper or the side zippers if you want to read a book. Yeah.
And therefore, see, it’s the light, not the heat that does the healing. It’s the resonating light that causes your cells to vibrate. And that increases your core temperature, increases the microcirculation, but what distinguishes a Relax Sauna from almost any other sauna is that it activates the parasympathetic nervous system like nothing else.
And you get super relaxed, certain mellow, way tuned in and you’re in the moment. And that’s when the magic happens. It’s not a caffeine nervous energy like coffee can bring, but it’s a balanced energy.
And that activates the mitochondria to create ATP and nitric oxide to give you energy. Now, I was talking about that study that the man did his own personal study where he bought a $200 Amazon sauna and it only increased core temperature half a degree and all the research that Sherry Rogers did in her detoxifier die book, the heart rate variability tests, it did not pass at all. And then, so he bought a $500 Amazon sauna that was reputed to be one of the best.
And it only increased core temperature half a degree and the heart rate variability test, it was no better than the $200 sauna in terms of what the research shows that far-infrared saunas are able to do. So then he said, okay, he saw the Relax Sauna, he saw a $900 sauna, he saw that the Relax Sauna had 1400, 1500 watts, the other one only had 900 or 1000. And for a lot of other factors, he decided to buy or purchase a Relax Sauna.
And I never heard of him until about a year ago. And he posted this four years ago. So at any rate, he measured the Relax Sauna and said the Relax Sauna increased core temperature 3.2 degrees in 25 minutes compared to a half a degree.
And he also compared the heart rate variability tests that he performed on himself in the Relax Sauna and was pleasantly shocked and surprised that it actually exceeded his expectations and had much better results than the research showed it would do. And that’s because the Relax Sauna is a superior sauna. It uses more far-infrared than every other sauna.
In other words, it’s like instead of 100 grams of vitamin C in a vitamin C tablet and having 30 tablets to a bottle, the Relax Sauna is like the 100 vitamin C tablets that are a gram each or 1000 milligrams. So each Relax Sauna generates 1400 watts of about 98% pure far-infrared energy between four and 14 microns. And most of your other saunas, all the portable saunas with the panels, they all use the generic panels that they get from China and they all generate about 36% of the 900 or 1000 watts used by that sauna.
Only 36% of it is a bullseye that actually resonates with your water cells. And the other energy is called excipient or feller. And they like to make their saunas feel important.
So they call them full spectrum infrared, which is a nonsense word because it just means it’s infrared. And it means, and then they, see there’s research on near-infrared, but the research is all on the near-infrared lasers, which costs $1,000 to $3,000 and their specific frequency near-infrared. So there’s a near-infrared sauna that says near-infrared will do this and this and this.
And then they go to the research and that’s not the light bulb that they have in their sauna. It’s not the light bulb, it’s the laser. And it has nothing to do, it’s like I’m talking about the benefits of goji berries.
And then I give you a research article that talks about apples. It’s like, wait a second, they’re not the same thing. But the main thing is that the more far-infrared ray between four and 14 that you have in your sauna, the more effective it is.
And the better wooden saunas are usually 50, maybe 60% of the energy that comes out of the radiator is far-infrared ray and resonates with you. Now, the other factor besides the 1,400 watts and the purity of the sauna energy is how close you are to the far-infrared energy. Now, in the Relax Sauna, we have the radiators and here’s what the radiator looks like.
Right there, those are the radiators. And there’s the tent folded, the Relax Sauna is the only truly portable sauna that you can take that could fit in a suitcase. You can take out an airplane without being overcharged $150 fee.
It fits in a suitcase or it comes in its own carrying bag that you see right there on the bottom. That’s right, yep. And so, I’m gonna explain right now what far-infrared does.
There’s three things that they do not teach you in eighth grade science and I don’t understand why. I don’t know how it missed the syllabus schedulers, but far-infrared energy is a light energy and because it’s a light, it is reflected by a mirror, even though it’s invisible. See, it’s invisible energy.
We can’t see it, we can’t see ultraviolet light either. Now, ultraviolet light, when it hits the skin, it’s so far away from our energy that we resist it and that resistance can cause suntan and sunburn. And by the way, if you’re in the Relax Sauna and you have a sunburn, you can get in and it will antidote the effects.
It’ll take the sunburn pain of a six down to a zero. We did this- I was just reading that. According to Clayton’s Electrotherapy ninth edition textbook, far-infrared radiation is the only antidote to excessive sunburn, i.e. ultraviolet radiation.
What? Wow. I had no idea. That’s right here in your book.
Okay. Yeah, isn’t that something? Okay, we’ve already 30 minutes into this, so we gotta keep moving on here. I want you to explain this tent here and how it really works beautifully and reflects and then we’re gonna get into electromagnetic fields because we’ve got a lot of questions about EMFs.
So the purpose of the tent is to reflect the light. Yes. In other words, see, like the fire and flood light, it goes through clothes.
Most people don’t realize that, but everyone knows if you’re on the beach or your back is against the hot sun and you feel that deep, wonderful warmth inside your body, that’s far-infrared penetrating through your clothes. See, near-infrared does not go through clothes and ultraviolet does not go through clothes. You cannot get a sun tan or sunburn if you’re wearing clothes but the far-infrared goes to the clothes and resonates with the water and cells in your body.
Now, another thing about far-infrared energy is a light and the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second, approximately, give or take a little bit. So your sauna radiator sits at the feet in the front of the sauna and it’s like it just goes straight out. Well, if it’s 186,000 miles a second and it can’t be exactly 180 degrees, that’s like having absolute zero.
It’s 179.9 degrees. And so it’s gonna be at a little angle and then an angle. And so eventually it’s gonna bounce off the walls and bounce off the ceiling and bounce off the floor.
Remember, it goes through clothes, so it goes through the blue nylon. The tent is made out of nylon only with a silver coating and it’s real silver. Isn’t that something? That’s real silver.
And so it bounces. And I mean, the Relax Sauna is a $2,000 sauna. This is not a $300, a $500 or a $900 sauna.
It’s a $2,000 sauna and we’re selling them for $1,400 online. That’s right. But it’s a $2,000 sauna in Taiwan.
In Taiwan, yeah. And it’s worth, you know, again, Rebecca Harder wrote this book. It’s a beautiful book.
She owns a hyperbaric oxygen clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She’s been a colon hydrotherapist for many, many years and has a colon hydrotherapy clinic in Portland, Oregon. And this is a manual that she gives to her clients.
And she, in the book, she’s got eight pages dedicated to the Relax Sauna and Far Infrared Energy and another six pages dedicated to Far Infrared Energy. Yeah. She had been selling wooden saunas and using them in her clinic for 10 to 15 years.
And for 10 of those years, she would come see my booth at the colonic therapy show and just turn her nose at it because she’s got a wooden sauna and everyone knows or believes that the wooden sauna, because it’s pristine, it looks beautiful, it certainly must be more effective. But what makes the sauna effective is the emitters. It’s what generates them.
And the pretty wood has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the emitters. So she gets in the Relax Sauna finally a couple of years ago and in three minutes she says, oh my gosh, I’m sold on it. She could feel the difference.
And she has promoted the Relax Sauna and so many of her clients now own a Relax Sauna and are just so happy because it works instantly. Dr. Klasky in Connecticut said, you know what I like best about the Relax Sauna? I said, what? He said, instant on. You bet, instant on.
You want compliance. Yes, compliance and consistency. All right, let’s get into electromagnetic fields.
Eric says, what about EMFs, right? I tell people, number one, if you have been damaged by EMF in the past, that far infrared, according to research in Japan, will antidote it. In other words, it will undo the damage. The people, people, most people, I’d say 99% of the people have a fear of EMF that’s been instilled in them because they’re confusing the EMF of microwave technology.
And I carry this cell phone with me a lot, almost all the time, unfortunately. And no household appliance can even hope to do the damage that microwave, cell phones, and Wi-Fi in my building, even if I don’t have a cell phone, you go into a hotel. I’ve taught three hours about that on Sunday night service.
They understand for sure. Like I was talking to this one doctor who’s really famous for being, he’s got a lot of one hour videos on YouTube. Talking about the dangers of EMF.
And they never talk about household appliances. That’s manufactured by other sauna companies that found a way to have a little bit lower EMF. And that’s like saying my medicinal mushroom product is better than yours because I have zero sugar and you got one milligram of sugar.
And yet I’ve got hardly any potent mushrooms in mine. So it’s like the Relax sauna, first of all, has the lowest EMF of any sauna above the knees because we don’t have any electricity. However, there is EMF by the radiators.
And if you measure it according to the 21 most commonly used household appliances, it’s third and seventh lowest, depending whether it’s one inch away or a foot away. And that’s again, the closer you are to the Fahrenheit energy and every single nook and cranny in the tent generates or reflects Fahrenheit ray energy. And in the wooden sauna, if you sit in the middle, in front of a window, you’re not getting any on you because Fahrenheit ray, you have to sit in front of it.
A cat lies in the sun, not in the shade. Because if you lie in the shade, you’re not getting any Fahrenheit ray because it’s not heat, it’s light. And it’s light that you sit directly in front of.
Okay. And you don’t have to go like a chicken, you know, in a barbecue because it comes from the back because it’s reflected. Right.
But the EMF, the fear of EMF is a hundred times more dangerous than EMF of itself. And most people, when they talk about EMF, it’s the fear that’s been instilled in them than the actual vibration. But there are people out there who are sensitive to EMF and most of them find that the Relax Sauna is great.
As a matter of fact, there’s a man in Phoenix, there’s three other, I think, women in San Diego, in LA, in Anaheim, who all have Relax Saunas in their home and their businesses, they make most of their money through going into homes, making an EMF free. And one lady, one week she went into four of her homes and they all have Relax Saunas to make an EMF free. And then two weeks later, she runs into me at a show and she gets in the sauna and buys one.
Isn’t that something? Yeah. Wow. Yeah, okay.
Kristen’s asked, if you have a spinal stimulator, can you still use this sauna? Yes, people can have heart pacemaker, they can have titanium rods. See, again, the- Yeah, I just read about that. Only affects the water cells in your body.
Only the water cells in your body are affected. I just read artificial body parts. Far infrared light is absorbed into the body.
Titanium rods, metal pins, pacemakers, and other foreign items that have been inserted into our bodies are not affected by far infrared ray. They do not increase the temperature inside the body. So the metal implants and all that do not increase inside the body any more than any of the cells that are in the body.
So Kristen, again, I would ask my doctor, but for sure, it sounds like it may be okay now. So Jacinda just asked, basically, I mean, front of the body instead of back of the body, is it safe for someone who has a pacemaker? Yeah, that’s what I mentioned, because the water cells of the pacemaker is like an island that has no, the far infrared energy has no effect on it at all. Only the water will vibrate.
Isn’t that something? Okay, so, you know, the benefits of it. Who’s gonna benefit from a sauna? I treat mainly, but not all, autoimmune disease. Hashimoto’s, thyroiditis is the bulk of my practice.
Thyroid, thyroid, thyroid, right? Autoimmune disease, I treat a lot of Crohn’s and multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, you know, just multiple things there. Autoimmune disease, I have lupus, and we had a lupus question and I can’t find it now, but I have lupus. I didn’t know you had lupus, but we have a lady who came into our store, at our health food store in Columbus, Ohio, and we have two or three saunas on display for people to use when they come in.
And she got in the sauna and her husband was with her, and she came out and she said, I feel great. And she says, Phil, you don’t understand. It has been nine years since I have felt great.
Yeah. And she was able to squat, and she said, look, honey, to her husband, I can squat. Yes.
And so, you know, miracles can happen with a Relax Sauna. I have seen at least 20,000 miracles in five to 10 minutes of people going in with their clothes on and going in and their arthritis pain going away, their copper panel pain that they’ve had for five months going away. Instant, five to 10 minutes.
I hear this stuff all the time. So, I do. Teresa wants to know, what’s the max you can stay in? I did it for five hours one day.
Oh, Lord. I went through four gallons of water and about 10 towels. Did you get out and in? Did you go in and out, in and out, in and out? Yeah, about 10 times.
That’s why I had to use 10 towels. I kept on, every time I went out, I drank about eight to 16. I mean, you know, sometimes you’ll drink a quarter of water and then you go in and out again.
Yeah. Yeah, Jan, this is the road to clean. And so purified.
You bet it is. When you first start using, how often and how long and what temp? Well, the temp that takes care of itself. No, I agree.
The temp is self-controlled. And the company in Taiwan was asked, remember, by the Japanese company to create the Relax Sauna. And it took them 10 years to get this ah-ha about how to do it.
10 years to discover how to create the energy and get all the energy down to between four and 14 microns. That was the magic that they discovered. Sure.
And it was a, they received an award in 1998 at some inventing convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It took them 10 years to develop it. And they first came out with our little lamp.
Yeah. A little lamp. Yep, there it is now.
And is that just the miniature version of this that you just use on a sauna area? Right. It’s great on the, if you ever have tooth pain, it was, I was at a convention in Albuquerque and I had a really bad toothache and it took seven, 15 minutes for the tooth pain to go from a seven to a one. I was a little frustrated it took so long because usually things don’t take that long.
Sometimes I’m impatient, but it did get the pain down. And a lot of people, one lady put it on some bruises and they just, in real time, the bruises like disappeared. And this one lady can see now that she couldn’t see before.
She was blind. She just became blind from diabetes. And she just did this all the time.
And within a few days, her sight came back. This is not, I mean, things have happened, yes. Yes, yes, absolutely.
Yes, Carlo, we just answered that message or that question right there, that actually the antidote sometimes to EMF sensitivity quite possibly could be for infrared. We were in Philadelphia 10 years ago at a show and this musician went into the sauna. He’s very sensitive to EMF and boy, he just felt great.
His mother had a smaller sauna that he didn’t even want to go near, but he went in here and he felt great because a friend of his said that thing is phenomenal. And then he gave me an interview and he said, you know, I’m really sensitive so I can sense the EMF there, but it’s not affecting me when I OTA. So there is a little bit of EMF, but again, the far infrared coming out of the sauna appears to prevent any damage.
And what it does actually, it undoes the damage of previous exposure we have found, that’s why people love the Relax Sauna. Bingo, bingo. Jacinda says, is it recommended for cancer patients undergoing chemo or radiation? Dr. Akpinar says, absolutely, definitely.
You know, like there’s some clinic, they’ve got a four or five clinics nationally, they recommend not using the sauna until after the radiation but Dr. Akpinar and Dr. James O’Nikian, they say, no, use a sauna every day because whatever damage the chemotherapy or the radiation does, the far infrared sauna cleanses and detox and undoes that damage. Yes, in fact, I was reading something about cancer earlier on here, but- Dr. Akpinar is a cancer doctor and the Relax Sauna is used at a cancer clinic at Baja Medica in Baja, New Mexico, I forget. And then there’s a lot of cancer clinics who use the Relax Sauna and almost all cancer clinics recommend sauna therapy for their patients, whether it’s Lyme disease, AIDS, cancer, molds, toxicity.
Mold toxicity and Lyme disease are two, we have many, many people who are nutritional consultants that help people with mold or Lyme. And we have a video on YouTube about this lady who was almost on her death bed with mold toxicity about eight, nine years ago and swears by the Relax Sauna. Oh, absolutely.
Hey, Shannon, if you have 30 minutes free, is it more beneficial for me to exercise or use the sauna? I think that’s a loaded question right there because I mean, definitely the sauna, you’re gonna get cardiovascular workout and you’re going to do lots of things that just a regular weight training wouldn’t benefit. But I think it’s a combo. I don’t think it’s either or.
I think you have to have a combination of exercise and sauna and eating well and sleeping well and moving well and decreasing stress and all of that, which actually all of that will come together. You can get a super good sweat for 15 to 20 minutes in the Relax Sauna and then have, as a matter of fact, if you’re before exercising, use the Relax Sauna for five to 10 minutes. We have a lot of athletes.
We’ve got some major league baseball players now using the Relax Sauna. You bet. More and more athletes are coming out and saying the Relax Sauna is the supreme, the most effective sauna I’ve ever been in.
And we’ve got, Dr. Kerry Moses is on YouTube with a video he gave me about seven, eight years ago saying it nips the cold and the flu in the bud. And there’s a man from Jacksonville, Florida, a doctor there, he posted two videos on YouTube in March saying, I have a cure for COVID. They got removed from YouTube.
Yeah, you can’t say that. But he found that the Relax Sauna was incredibly helpful for helping people who had flus or colds or anything like that. I mean, it’s like, I mean, you know, anyone who does not use a Relax Sauna when they’ve got a cold or a flu is just not tuned in.
You know, I don’t wanna say it like that, but let’s put it this way. If you have an opportunity to use the Relax Sauna when you have a cold or flu, it can shorten your experience of that greatly. You bet it can.
And Erica’s asking about, yes, they have a lot of testimonies on their website and on their YouTube channel about Lyme disease. We have a website, relaxsaunas.com/Lyme, L-Y-M-E. And that’s got around 15 videos of people who don’t have symptoms of Lyme after using the Relax Sauna for a certain period of time.
We had one person who had neuropathy. She’s had Lyme for two and a half years and she had a portable sauna in her home that she used an hour at a time for a dozen of times, got in the Relax Sauna and in 12 minutes for the first time in two and a half years, she had feeling in her toes and fingers. Isn’t that something? Well, she got those blood vessels opened up and the blood flowing.
And I mean, it’s fascinating how it works. Another question, then we’re gonna get into a couple more. We were at the Mother Earth News Conference and last February, and the lady had bought a sauna from us a year before and she gave me an interview, I just remembered.
And she was carrying an oxygen tank with her when she met us and bought the Relax Sauna, and she doesn’t use it anymore. We also had a lady in Dallas, Texas a year earlier who was in a wheelchair when she came to see us and she doesn’t use that anymore. Wow, okay, well, Kristen, that somewhat answers your question then about your father and still having to use oxygen.
Could he use it? Since you’re saying it works kind of cardiovascular wise workout. Yes, he could use it, right? I mean, I would say- And he may not need the oxygen as much. Now I had an asthma attack about 10 years ago cause I used to have childhood asthma and within three minutes, it was all gone being in the Relax Sauna.
Another time I had super chills, I got on the Relax Sauna and that was fixed in two to three minutes. I mean, instant on, if I went into another sauna from another company, at least 10 or 15 minutes before I felt warm enough. In the Relax Sauna, people come in and they say, I feel like I’m being hugged by my loving grandma.
You bet, I mean, it is instant and that is how it feels, it is. And it does help boost your immune system. It does help build your immune system up.
Is there any condition that you can think of that should not be in a far infrared sauna? Dehydration. Dehydration, which is probably most of the world. You don’t, we don’t drink enough.
Guys, you gotta drink. I mean, you will feel, if you have a headache, if you’re fatigued, if your joints hurt, if you can’t poop, if, I mean, multiple things. If you would just drink half your body weight in ounces in water, just from the very beginning.
I mean, now, if you’re sweating it out, like I did today, I gotta ramp up even more water. We live in a chronically dehydrated state. Right.
Our body does. When you drink the water, before you go into the sauna and afterwards, it usually takes care of that. The Relax Sauna has been used, you know, for 20 years in the United States and we’ve got about a thousand testimonies on YouTube.
Yes, yes, you do. So guys, their YouTube channel, I mean, their website are phenomenal. And we have a question from Karen, which is actually a very legitimate question.
I mean, can you get scabies or infections from someone else’s sweat? I don’t know that answer. Well, whatever, you know, when you, basically, the Relax Sauna, you can clean it out in five minutes. Well, they’re talking about public sauna.
They were talking about public. Yeah, yeah. I don’t know.
A lot of people love the privacy. You know, they feel it’s clean. Usually, you put a towel on top of the chair and drape another towel over it.
See, my yellow towel is draped and you’ve got a pink towel. Yep, yep, yep. And there’s a towel underneath.
On the chair, there’s a folded towel because if you don’t have a folded towel underneath, the chair is gonna get wet. And why get the nylon chair wet? That’s right. I’ve got my towel folded up in there, right there.
So yeah, because it comes with a great chair. It’s easy to clean. You can use Dr. Bronner’s soap, all natural soap.
I use Thieves as well, Thieves cleaner. And you know, the essential oils, if you put it on you or something, or you can put it on clothes inside you or whatever, but the essential oils will work more effectively, far more effectively if you use them while you’re in the Relax Sauna. What? Yes.
Oh my God. Because you open up the pores. Yeah, it makes perfect sense.
Yeah. It makes perfect sense. I don’t know if you were mentioning, but the pores can increase to seven different levels of the pore being open.
And this opens up the pores and that’s the magic where the sweat can come out. Wow. And you don’t have to worry about the sweat, the toxins going back into the sauna, that does not happen because the lymphatic system is a one-way valve.
If you’re on outflow mode, you’re in outflow mode when the toxins are coming out. You don’t have to even shower afterwards. You can shower.
Oh yeah, I’m gonna sit in it after this tonight. I feel like I’m like, cause normally I’m not looking up trying to talk here, but it comes all the way up around your neck, ladies and gentlemen, here. And so what I usually do, oh my gosh, my towel’s over there, of course.
I put a towel around my neck right here. And so it holds in even more feet, feet, heat, and then turn it on. And I mean, it’s instant, it’s instant sweat.
I’m just telling you, it is. But one other thing, people are asking all over the price. And so we wanna tell them about, before I have you do some final, I don’t know if you’ve seen words of inspiration.
You can put your head in the sauna. I put my head in the sauna half the time. Yeah, I do too.
Put it over your head. Yeah. I did that today.
Okay, I’m turning the sauna on right now. And then so I put my head, okay, I zip it up just like this, ladies and gentlemen. And then I get my head all the way down.
Right, right. Yes. Yeah, you look great.
You look great. Yes. So we have had a lot of success with different people with mold toxicity, with Lyme disease, all sorts of health problems and athletes feel rejuvenated.
You bet they do. Yes. You bet they do.
So here’s the thing, guys. He gave you all a permanent discount. If you use the code WILD, because everybody’s been asking the price up there, which the price did raise January the 1st, correct? Yeah.
It’s on the internet for $200. It’s a $2,000 sauna. And that’s really important to remember.
A Relax Sauna is not a $900 or a $500 or $200 sauna. It actually, the technology is far more advanced. It took them 10 years to figure out how to do it.
And no other sauna uses computer semiconductor chips to filter out most of the other saunas. The portable ones use the generic panels that they all buy them from China from one or two companies that make them. And they’re all just carbon panels.
Some of the wooden saunas have more sophisticated, more sophisticated technology. But again, the user only gets up to about 50 to 60% pure. Right, right.
Well, I can tell you, my patients have loved this sauna and we use it at the office. You all can rent or be in it for 30 minutes. I think it’s 30 minutes for $30 is what we charge.
And that’s what it is. And then you can test it out that way as well. You can book that online or call the office.
Most people, after they are in it one or two times, if they can afford it, they order it from you. I don’t have anything to do with it, guys. I don’t need them to talk to me.
We didn’t hear your voice. You didn’t hear me? No, your voice is cut off. Oh, really? Okay, well, what I was saying is, Lori, I’m so glad you bought yours.
I said, we rent them at the office $30 per session for 30 minutes. Or if you stay in it longer, that’s fine with me if there’s nobody there. Most people don’t stay in it longer than 30 minutes, though, initially, when they’re trying it.
And then we sell them online, but you go straight to his website and I don’t have to do anything. I don’t stock them. Everything is taken care of by Phil and they have amazing customer service, but their website and their YouTube channel, I’m just telling you, are hands down a wealth of education and research and testimonials because I think when you have other customers or other patients or whatever giving good testimonials, that’s worth more than anything.
Don’t you? Right, yeah, I mean, that’s what I’ve done. I’m in the experience, and that’s why when people say, oh my gosh, I feel like I’m gasping in divine love. I feel like I’m being hugged by my loving grandma.
And their arthritis pain, this one guy had a motorcycle accident and he met us in Texas about a year ago and his pain hasn’t been less than a six in two years or three years, and it gets him to relax on and gets his pain down to a two or three in 15 minutes. I mean, these are miracles and a reality. Now incidentally, I was talking about, I’ve seen about a half a dozen YouTube videos on EMF for hour long and they never mentioned household appliances.
They always mentioned 5G, 4G, 5G, your cell phones or microwave. See, this again is microwave. And one of the people who’s very well known about promoting the dangers of EMF, they are promoting the Relax Sauna now to a lot of patients.
It took them a long time because, but they are now actively and having great results, great results with their patients, amazing. And that’s what we want. You bet that’s what we want.
All right, we’re already at one hour here. So, hey, Mary says- We can replace the part. There’s a 30 day money back guarantee.
There’s a one year warranty. Hardly anything ever happens after one year. If after five or six years, your radiator goes out, we give you a special price on a new radiator.
But we’ve got people on YouTube saying, I’ve had my Relax Sauna, best investment I’ve ever made in my health. I’ve had mine 12 years, 16 years, 14 years. We say that the Relax Sauna should last five to seven years in a clinical setting, using it eight hours every day.
It’s a workhorse. Good, Lord, yes. Mary says, are there any age limits for children? No, they can sit on your lap.
You know, again, you can do it gingerly. On our literature, we got a two headed person in the sauna, a little girl and her mom. Yeah, it’s over there.
I’m looking at it right there too. Yeah, Emily, we’ll absolutely love it. Guys, if you have any questions, we can answer these once we go off air because they’re on his Facebook as well.
I love mine, got it to detox from mold last spring. It’s awesome, I had a light case of COVID. All right, Jenny.
Yeah, I agree. I have a lot of patients who’ve used it for mold and some with COVID. And let’s see here, bought yours yesterday.
So excited, Lori. All right, I’m excited for you too. I cannot wait for you to get it.
I got a message yesterday from, I have one tattoo and I was 27 years old when I got it. And my friend who is about the same age, we did it together. Anyway, I haven’t seen her in a long, long, long time.
She messaged me yesterday. She bought one, Phil, and it’s her picture in her room with her sauna. Oh, I’m so excited for her.
So yeah, we have matching tattoos and now we have matching saunas, Karen. I’m just telling you, I’m sitting in here and I’m already sweating. And I had this up and down, up and down, up and down.
But you do, you feel great. I’ve got it right in the middle of my living room, Phil. I brought it home tonight and I may just leave it here.
And we’re gonna order another one from the office today. They do have a black one, which is beautiful as well. It’s a total, it’s a night sauna, right? The black one looks, it looks cool.
If you’re into aesthetics and you want, and you can afford a Monet painting instead of one by a local artist, it’s worth it. It looks very smart. The logo is embroidered on it.
Yeah. It’s a little bit thicker. It does reflect a little bit better.
It is $2,000. It’s a $3,000 sauna that sells online for 2,000. But a lot of people where money, you know, $600 is, for some people, that’s a lot, the difference.
But for some, it’s not. And those people are really, really happy with how sharp and how cool the black sauna looks. It’s very, very attractive.
It doesn’t look like a toaster oven. I’ll give you all a toaster oven. It’s a really good toaster oven.
I’ll give you all a little hint. Integrative Family Medicine is getting a black sauna, by the way. So you all are gonna be so excited to see the black sauna.
And so that’s our next purchase, which would hopefully be next week because we’re gonna bring a black sauna in. And yeah, I’m excited about that. So guys, I appreciate you all so much.
This has been amazing, amazing information. Give us some final words of wisdom before I tell them about next week, what we’re doing next week. Okay, I’ve been using it for 19 years.
I started using it when I was 53. And I use it for mental clarity. It puts a cup of coffee to shame in the morning.
You feel so vitalized, the sweat just, you have the most incredible river sweats that you’ve ever had. Almost everyone who has a Relax Sauna said they’ve never sweated as much. Now, there’s a lady who has a $5,000 wooden sauna for five years.
Her husband’s a health practitioner, a doctor. And she was in a mental health clinic and she got in the sauna in a bathing suit. And after 30 minutes, she got out and she came back down an hour later dressed.
And she said, Phil, after eight to 10 minutes in the Relax Sauna, I experienced the most profound and deepest sense of relaxation I have ever experienced in my life. It’s called the Relax Saunas. There’s a reason they call it the Relax Saunas.
No, I mean, all saunas are great, but no other sauna makes you feel so good so quickly as the Relax Sauna. And people are grateful. People are totally grateful.
No sauna brings as much joy. That’s what the Relax Sauna does. That distinguishes the Relax Sauna from other saunas.
The purity of the energy makes you feel joyful. And we have a sign when we do shows, it brings joy. Yes, yes, yes.
That’s a good way to end it. And I thought of one other thing while you were talking about she was so relaxed. Another thing that people really tell me they like, and it doesn’t matter to me because I’m totally fine if my head- Right, right, right.
So many people comment on to me. They are so grateful. Allie, my office manager, one of them, her head is out of it.
She doesn’t like being in a wooden sauna with her head in there. It’s for whatever reason, she’s claustrophobic. But I’m not, so I’m totally fine under here, just sweating it out with my head down there.
But I think that’s another selling point for this sauna. There’s a man in Arizona, he owns a compounding pharmacy where they sell natural herbal products to doctors. He’s got about 40 employees and he bought a Relax Sauna for his employees’ lunchroom, okay? Well, his wife never uses his wooden sauna that he loves.
But at a show, she’s in our sauna four times every day and he buys it for her and she uses it every day. And she even gave me a testimonial, live testimonial saying how much she loves it. And again, she wouldn’t get in because she couldn’t, she didn’t like putting her head in.
Many, many people don’t like putting their head in. But I like to jokingly say, I’m pro-choice. I believe you ought to have the choice to put your head inside the sauna or outside.
That’s exactly right. I’m pro-choice on that one as well. And yes, that is correct.
You were correct on that, but then you use the $75 code and you get $75 off. So they did raise their price January 1st, so it brings it back to $1,400, yes it is. That’s right, that’s right.
And then the black one is 2,000. We have a lie-down sauna. A lot of people love to lie down or they have trouble sitting up.
There’s no lie-down sauna. We once had a lady, she had a $2,700 other lie-down hard sauna, she traded in for $200 discount on her $1,200 Relax Sauna, or lie-down sauna. At that time it only sold for $1,200.
So we gave her $200 back for her $2,300 sauna in exchange. She said there’s a night and day difference. But again, all saunas are helpful or good.
If you’ve got whatever, like a bicycle, was a 22-inch bicycle with training wheels will still get to the grocery store. It’s not like the same as a professional 26-inch bike though. You know, Phil, I appreciate the fact that you just said that, because even though you own, I mean, you’re a Relax Sauna, you know, and you’re promoting Relax Saunas, as am I. The fact that you just said that all saunas, sweating is good for you.
So, yes, you’re selling saunas, but you’re also educating people on the benefits of sweating, whether you have someone else’s sauna or what. And I totally get that, and I appreciate that. I love the fact that you said that.
Not just the sweating, but the far energy, the light energy that penetrates the body, causes the core temperature to increase, increases microcirculation, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, activates the mitochondria, is a whole metabolic functioning where the body is in cleansing and detox mode. And it’s like, you know how a washing machine works? The water penetrates the clothes and cleans every fiber of the clothes, of the dirt and grime. Every single cell of your body is being cleansed and purified, emotionally, mentally, physically.
So you feel spiritually tuned in to that which you are, no matter what religion or spiritual philosophy you have, this tunes you in to being balanced and in the zone, and it’s magical. It, magic can happen. One person said all these problems in her, that she was all got resolved like while meditating or relaxing in the Relax Sauna.
It has a lot of spiritual benefits as well. You bet it is. And just sweating in general on a sweat lodge.
I have a friend getting ready to build a sweat lodge and I am so excited. I’m gonna help him do it. You have no idea how excited I am.
I don’t even know how to build a sweat lodge. But anyway, I wouldn’t want to lay down in a sauna, in the lay down. I mean, I’m sure people love that.
I prefer moving around in here because I sit like you do. Go in your sauna, Phil. I was afraid it ended up, but I sit in a half lotus pose.
I don’t care. I sit in a half lotus pose like Phil does in his sauna. No, what’s that? That’s a diabetic ulcer.
Yes. And there’s right there is the lamp. The part of the lamp.
This is a medical lamp. It’s a medical device. And we have a lady whose grandma had MRSA and a deep wound.
And for eight weeks, for eight months, they used antibiotics and weren’t able to get rid of the MRSA or the wound. In five weeks or four weeks with the Relax Sky Eye Radiator, a medical device, same energy that’s in the Relax sauna, but there’s two of these. There’s two of those in there.
And it was able to get rid of the MRSA in four weeks. And here you have a diabetic ulcer in seven weeks going from that to a pinprick. That’s in four minutes a day.
Yeah, the healing power of sweat is pretty fascinating. Phil, I appreciate you. I am so grateful for you on here tonight.
Guys, if you want a sauna, you can go to relaxsaunas.com, and that’s with an S on it. I’ve got it right here. Just take a picture of the screen.
That’s all you have to do. And he gave us, they were, I was so blessed to get a permanent discount, Wild, because you know Wild Bill Wells coming out this year. And take advantage of it if you want.
And he’s also very open to answering your questions. If you have any questions, he’s very easily accessible. So Phil, I appreciate you so, so much.
Don’t go anywhere, I’m gonna, we’re gonna talk after this. But guys, next Sunday night is Shondi Borup from Eating Well, no wait, Show Me Healthy Living. It’ll be her third time on Sunday night service.
And we’re going to be cooking food to build your immune system up during this January, February flu, COVID, cold season, allergy season. We’re gonna be doing a live cooking demonstration on boosting your immune system, foods that boost your immune system. She’s a chef in Montana.
That’s next week. The week after that is Tom, who owns Master Supplements, which is our Theralac and our Enzolase and our Truflur and our Trubifido. I’m so excited, he’s gonna talk about the power of enzymes and the power of probiotics.
I’ve known Tom forever. Tom’s always at our New York show. I don’t know if you know Master Supplements or not, but he’s great.
Yeah, he bought a sauna from me. Oh, he did? Well, he’s one of us. Well, not Tom, but someone else did.
Yeah, he’s great. Guys, we appreciate you so much. We ran over 15 minutes.
I apologize so, so much. I know your time is valuable here. You guys are so welcome.
Everybody says, thank you, thank you, thank you. Tom, I mean, Tom, Phil, they’re all saying thank you so much for this. It was a great information.
Yes, it was. And you can go to relaxaunas.com and check them out. And if you want a sauna, go get a sauna.
If you don’t want a sauna, you come sit in my sauna and you’ll be thrilled. So Phil, appreciate you so much. You are a rock star.
Go get in your sauna. I want a picture of the two of us in your sauna. Go sit in your sauna.
Somebody take a picture of it and send it to me. Oh, there we go. He looks better.
I look like the Michelin man over here, all puffed up because I’m so close. Look at that. All right, perfect, guys.
All right, we appreciate you. We love you. Teresa, I will get in touch with you later tonight.
Guided by Light,
Committed to Healing
