Relax Far Infrared Saunas are a Must
Part 2 Q&A talk by Phil Wilson

So, Phil, can you tell us how, one, I want to make one comment for everybody too. If you have animals or pets, those things are great for them. You put a big dog with arthritis, you put it in, and they love it.

They curl up, the cats curl up under there, they’re sick, they love it. If you have a different certain part of your body, you just got shoulder surgery or something, that thing, if you’re sitting in your office and you’re working, you put it on your feet and you just kind of have it, that’s what’s nice about that too, that you wouldn’t think those are for the uses, but for animals are really good. Also, I just want to ask Phil that he could tell us how the far infrared energy works to expel the difficult to get out toxins like the chemtrails, the vaccines, all that stuff that’s in people’s bodies.

How does this get it out in comparison to like, just the hot air saunas that most of us are used to? It’s the pulsating of the water molecules. What does far infrared do? It pulsates the water, it resonates with the water and the organic cells of your body. If you have a pacemaker, you have a titanium rod, it does not affect that at all.

It’s not contraindicative at all. It’s totally safe. But what it does, it gets the water molecule.

It’s a vibrational thing. It’s vibrational, and so it just- You can feel it, the humidity is a vibration. Yes, and it just shakes and massages it.

And as a result of it, it’s got a domino effect, so every single cell in the body starts getting massaged. And it’s like- I was worried that my skin was going to dry out. It doesn’t dry out.

That was my concern. Yeah, I know. I’ll put extra lotion on tonight, you know? Quite the opposite, as a matter of fact.

It says right here, Karen had already lost some weight before getting the Relax Sauna. However, after using the sauna, she reports to us that in the next two months, her skin texture dramatically changed. Her cellulite decreased 65 to 70 percent, and her skin was no longer dry.

And her fat content went from 38 percent to 20 percent. Who’s going to argue with that? Yeah, see, again, so that’s her experience. That’s her experience.

And my skin is kind of pink. I’m looking at my skin. Yeah.

That’s a good sign. Do you wake up the next day after doing it for a month? I tell some people, you get this, use it every day for a month, and your life will be transformed. And usually, it just takes a week, and sometimes two or three days.

But, you know, it’s- Can you talk about autism and how it’s good for autistic people? Yes. We have been to two autism conferences, and we’ve been to two Lyme disease conferences. And again, we’ve been to energy psychology conferences and mental health conferences.

And what it does is the water cells in your body that are being pulsated increases the core temperature and mobilizes the lymphatic system. So it bypasses the kidney and the liver, or especially the liver, and it goes out through the skin cells. There’s lots of research on far-infrared sauna.

This book, No Sweat, No Sweat, goes into a lot of the medical benefits as well. You know, he has a chapter on here. You know, it says, okay, these are the medical benefits, and then he goes on to telling more stories.

There’s another classic book that I think that spawned the whole far-infrared sauna industry. It came out in 2000, 2001. It’s by Dr. Sherry Rogers, and it’s called Detoxifier Dye.

And the whole book, about five-eighths of it anyway, is all about far-infrared saunas for detoxifying. And she is an environmental medical doctor out of Syracuse, New York area. And she has been treating people with impossible-to-cure environmental sensitivity issues, multi-chemical sensitivity.

And she says the far-infrared sauna is the only thing she knows of to get plastics out of the body. And the best way to get heavy metals out of the body. Now, heavy metals, the problem with heavy metals in your body is magnesium has an ion of, has a plus two.

And so you’re going to have a receptor cell for magnesium or stuff like that. And suppose lead gets in there, or mercury, and therefore you can’t absorb the magnesium. As a matter of fact, we’ve been to conferences, and people said if you can increase the core temperature one degree, and you can do that in the Relax Sauna, one to two degrees, you will, and if your temperature is low, like instead of 98.6, if it’s 97.6, if you can raise that core temperature one degree, you’re going to assimilate your nutrients 20% more.

20% more you’re going to assimilate your nutrients. And so that’s a huge, that’s huge. And there is, in terms of autism, again, you have aluminum, you have, you know, gunk, you have stuff in the brain that’s interfering.

What I say is like, the far-infrared sauna, the Relax Sauna in particular, generates the far-infrared energy, and so again, it pulsates the water molecule, increases core temperature, mobilizes the lymphatic system, and gets the toxins out of the body, and gets the toxins out of the body, and gets the toxins out of the body, it goes through the skin. Now, when you talk about toxins, it dawned on me the other day that it’s almost become a word that you haven’t, you’ve already forgotten the picture. You’ve already forgotten the picture, but basically, anything that interferes with the functioning of your body, emotionally, mentally, or physically, you get that out of the way, and boy, you can think so much more clearly.

I have talked to many people, and many have said that it gets rid of their depression. It is, I mean, again, I use it for clearing my mind. I mean, it is the best thing in the world, and then I just read in here, is that’s exactly the major benefit that Dr. Akpinar gets out of it.

It clears his mind, and tunes him in spiritually. That’s exactly what I’ve been using it for. I got into fasting in 1971.

I was a vegetarian and vegan for many years. Now I just tune in, and when it says to eat meat, I eat meat. When it says, you know, this is just, you have to listen.

And that’s what momentum, taking advantage of the moment, propelling yourself into greatness, means. It means you live in the moment, but you’re always listening, always listening, always listening. We were at a Unify Fest in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in September.

And two musicians were in our sauna, and another musician had his guitar, and he just started singing a song. And then the two people in the sauna started singing with him, and we had a band, and I taped it. And in the middle of the song, they’re saying, Love is listening, love is listening.

And that is key, that is key. And so, like, have you ever been in a conversation, and someone says something, you can’t wait to see what you want to say, and you quit listening to them? I’ve learned to discipline myself not to quit listening. Just forget about what I wanted to say.

If it’s important, it’ll come back, and 90% of the time it does. And it’ll be appropriate, because when I talk to someone, and I quit listening, and they say something, then what I have to say is not tuned in, because it’s not appropriate anymore. So it’s just so funny.

These are the shenanigans we do to ourselves. So when you get in the sauna and you listen, you’re sort of like, it just helps you listen. It helps you listen because taking advantage of the moment means you live in the moment, and you’re always listening for further instructions.

That means at any time you can choose again. You know, it’s like you’re not boxed in by previous choices. You’re always allowed to make a choice.

So when you get a message to go full steam ahead, and then it says turn right, you turn right. So, no sweat, no sweat. It took me about six months to figure out what this means.

It means if you know sweat, and you really get to know sweat as your teacher and your healer, life is no sweat. Isn’t that great? What a name for a book. And it’s an incredible book, written with the spiritual perspective in the forefront, because he is a Qigong master.

He is a holistic dentist. He is into people becoming more aware and more free. I get into the Relax Sauna because it helps me become more free.

I’m into freedom. That’s what I’ve always enjoyed. And you know that freedom and responsibility are intertwined.

They’re different names for the same thing. They’re different sides of the same coin. And recently I realized that if you think you’re free, but you’re not responsible, you are fooling yourself.

And the opposite, if you think you’re responsible and you’re not free, you are lying to yourself. Lying to yourself if you think you’re responsible and not free. Because you can’t have one and the other.

It’s like that Frank Sinatra, love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage. So, freedom and responsibility are intertwined. They come together.

And now what the Relax Sauna also, I go to a lot of energy psychology conferences. The parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous systems, usually in a person’s body, are not talking to each other. This Farnsworth Sonic, the Relax Sauna, seems to facilitate the communication between the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous system.

And this is major, major, major, because it gets you tuned in. Again, it gets you tuned in. This is crucial.

And this is one of the magical qualities of the Relax Sauna. And in particular, and I’m sure for Farnsworth Sonic, all of them will have that to some effect. I can’t emphasize enough that 98% pure Farnsworth energy is a major, major difference than 40, 36 or 50 or even 62% that I’ve ascertained that the other sonos generate.

Now, yes? Can we talk about the difference between the parasympathetic and the sympathetic? One is the stuff that automatically happens without you having to do anything. And the other is you constitute because you decide you’re going to. Yes, exactly.

Yes. So that those two things I would think of would be distinctions, but they wouldn’t be even separate names. Yes.

You’re saying that they act in unison somehow? Yeah, it’s like thought and feeling. You know, like one of my favorite quotes is that thinking without feeling brings about woe, and feeling without thinking brings grief. And so you sort of have to, you know, eventually you figure it out.

Well, somehow I have to have to feel and think at the same time. And when you do, it means you’re whole. And when you’re whole, you can escape and be free because they’re not fighting against each other.

How was your experience? I’m very sweaty. You had a nice session. Yeah, I do have a question.

Yes. About the relationship between doing this and your spirituality. Yes.

So I noticed when I was sitting in there that I was getting really sleepy. Yes. So that happened.

Thank you. And then there was maybe like, I don’t know, at least a minute. Yeah.

Where it’s sort of like, right, like I woke up. Yes. And so that’s what I think when you mean clarity of mind.

Yes. You use this for inspiration. So my question is just like, is that the main piece that connects this practice or this ceremony with your jolly? Sweat lodges and stuff like that.

Well, and then there’s this meditation. Right. If you’re working with your mind and you’re sort of recognizing the sensations and emotions.

Yes. And feeling. What this does, it relaxes the body and relaxes the mind.

And so it gives you. And so then there you are. And now you can hear.

Yes. It’s getting, it’s getting you out of the way. So that you can be open to something greater.

You know, which is actually an aspect of yourself. That greatness that you open up to is actually a form of you. It’s like, but yes, it’s like, you know, this is what I see it as.

I see no matter where you are, no matter what religion or spiritual, you know, inclination you’re toward. This is going to help you tune in to that which you are. By relaxing you, relaxing the mind, relaxing the body, getting you calm.

I mean, I have been sometimes really, really cold. Like you get a, you go in there and one minute you’re fine. You’re fine.

You know, it’s, if you go into shock, if anyone go into athletic shock, you go into there. You know, or anything like that. This is one of the best things for neuropathy.

You know, where people have numbness. You know, it’s one of the best things for rain out syndrome. Where you have, it’s like frostbite, you know.

And, you know, I mean, one guy, he was in the sauna. It was his daughter was at a massage therapy show selling massage shirts for massage therapists. And he went in 15 minutes twice on one day and then 15 minutes twice the other day.

And he had no rain out syndrome pain at all. And nine days later he called us up and said, well, the pain came back. I’m ready to buy the sauna.

And he came into the store and then three months later came back with his sister and she bought a sauna. I mean, we have so many people bringing relatives in. There’s a doctor who works at a cancer clinic in Anaheim.

And her sister, her mom, she, and someone else or her family, they’ve all got Relax Saunas in their home. Because they all recognize how much, it’s like, it’s a new member of the family. I mean, it’s like, it’s your beloved.

It’s first thing in the morning for 13, 14 years, for 20, 30 minutes, sometimes for five minutes. And sometimes I have, I call it spa day for Phil. You know what that means? You go in for 20 minutes, you get out, you drink some water, maybe take a shower.

Go in for another 20 minutes, get out, drink some water, go back in for another 20 minutes. And then you sit and meditate or go to sleep. And when you come back, you feel like you’ve been at the spa for nine hours.

You feel so clear, so good. Or not you, I feel so clear, so good, so tuned in. I mean, I did it for an hour this morning.

Boy, when you’re exhausted and you just, you know, this is like, you know, anyone coming home from work. Let’s say a plumber comes home from work. They’re dead tired at four o’clock.

They go in and, you know, maybe they do a 20-minute sweat, maybe 10 minutes with their clothes on. And they have their evening free. We had a marathon runner from Philadelphia.

She had just run a marathon on Sunday morning. She came to this expo there. And she got in the sauna and says, my gosh, I’ve got my day back.

I was a mess. And then she did squats and she bent over and she says, wow. And she started dragging people in from the hallway.

You’ve got to get in that. You’ve got to go in this. And this happens every show on some level or another.

People get really, really excited because they have a phenomenal experience with it. And again, it’s far infrared ray energy. The Relax Sauna is one of the few saunas that uses the mirror.

That’s the sauna tent. The purpose is a mirror. We have a professional model version of this.

And we have- What’s the distinction between the regular and the professional? This is 200 watts. And the professional model is 800 watts, four times stronger. And we have- Why is that? The ordinary person might hurt themselves with 800? No, it’s because it costs like $1,300.

I see. And this costs $250. And so people can’t.

But this is very effective. This is for a medical. For example, here’s a diabetic ulcer.

The lady- Or status dermatitis, skin ulcer. The lady was in the hospital for a year and a half. They couldn’t do anything.

So their concern was, do we do skin grafting that they thought would have been dangerous? Or did they chop it off? They didn’t want to do that. So someone said, why not use this far infrared lamp called the Sky Eye radiator by the Relax Sauna Company? And they did it. They did 20 minutes a day.

And in seven weeks, got it down to a pencil point. And then they quit the study so we don’t have any more pictures. But it’s quite phenomenal.

It’s quite phenomenal what far infrared ray energy can do. And this is the lamp that I didn’t bring in here. And that’s a medical device.

And so this medical device technology, there’s two of those in the Relax Sauna. And then you have the mirror effect. So the Relax Sauna is essentially four times more powerful than this medical device.

And this is the only sauna that uses medical device technology. And, you know, all the saunas are good. Far infrared is wonderful.

I mean, you know, even the cheap $150, $200 ones that some people throw away after they get this. But they’re good. They serve a place.

Like I had a 22-inch bicycle with training wheels. And it was great. It served me well.

And then eventually I got a 26-inch professional bike. And, you know, I likened the other saunas like, okay, you’ve been driving a bicycle all your life, and all of a sudden you get a car that can go 35 miles an hour. Wow, you’re in heaven.

Then you start looking around and you see all these cars going 80 miles an hour. And then when you get one of those, you don’t use the one that goes 35 miles an hour because it takes too long. So that’s, you know, I mean, you know, all far infrared energy is good.

This is very convenient. It takes four minutes to set up. You can travel with it.

I don’t know if you saw when Mitch came in here, he had it in a carrying bag. The whole thing can go, actually fit in my suitcase. The chair, no.

Use a hotel chair. This chair that comes in, it was made out of nylon. Now here’s another thing that people don’t know about far infrared.

They don’t teach you this in eighth grade. I said far infrared ray, even though it’s invisible, it’s reflected by a mirror. But what people don’t tell you about is far infrared ray goes through clothing.

Obviously, you know, like it goes through two inches of sand to resonate with the water in turtle eggs. And it doesn’t even get the sand hot. Those two inches of sand are cold.

The far infrared goes through it and resonates with the water in turtle eggs. So far infrared energy on a cold winter day. You’ve got your wool coat.

The sun is hot. You close your eyes. You think of the sun.

And boy, you’re warm inside. It goes through clothes. Okay, if it goes through clothes, see this blue nylon? It’s going to go through that.

A lot of people have nylon clothes. So it’ll go through the nylon, hit the silver. There’s also silver on the bottom.

And bounces. So you’re in the middle of a light box. Now also, another thing that we don’t tell people about, there’s negative ions that are generated by the sauna as well.

And it’s a small point. We don’t talk about it, but there are. And again, the inspiration to create the Relax Sauna was given to this Taiwanese electric company called the Chung Cheng Electric Company.

And the inspiration was given to them to say, can you create the energy of the hot springs in southern Japan where in ancient days warrior would go after battle to get healed? Sure, why not? That’s what took ten years. And that energy they’re talking about is chi energy. It’s very, very core healing light.

And so to get it to go into the sauna, that specific frequency, to be mirrored back. See, again, there are other companies out there that have panels around and some, like I said, miss. And like if you sit in a two-person sauna and you sit in the front of it and you’re getting the window, you’re not getting any fire and energy because cats lie in the sun.

If you move over, then you can get the energy, but you’re too far on the left side. And I saw a video of some lady talking about a sauna, and she’d have to go into all these conniptions to be in front of the panel. And so all this is is the whole purpose of the tent is a light box, is to make it into a light box, to be a mirror.

Because this lamp, I mean, I suppose you could get this lamp and you could go to Home Depot and get one of those reflector materials and then sit in front. I mean, you can do lots of things being creative. And that’s what being in the Relax Sauna actually stimulates.

It stimulates creativity. So at this point, I’ve said a lot. There is more that I can say.

See, when I give a talk, sometimes I choose to just flow with the energy of the people in the room. And I give different talks each time, and it’s almost like I’m always amazed at the process of how I say what I say. And I like to see it said in the way that it’s said rather than in a canned way.

But right now, I want to entertain questions. Does anyone have any questions about far infrared ray energy, about how it comes from the sun, how they discovered it, or anything like that? None of that. None of that.

Great. Tell me your other question. Okay, so for me, the reason that I changed my whole food plan is because I spent a lot of my lifetime eating foods that caused my body to get inflamed.

And so I wanted to heal from that. Because this new concept of the microbiome and solubility issues and that sort of stuff. And also, because I wanted to keep up with my grandchildren who were running circles around me.

Yeah, that’s good motivation. Yeah. And so I’m concerned about, I’ve developed a gait from having been stiff for so long.

And my question has to do with recovery. Also, I live in Maine where there’s clear air and all this beautiful, wonderful stuff. And I moved to the town where the airport is and I got diagnosed with heavy metals.

Yeah. Since I’ve been here now eight years. But I don’t know how to fight the heavy metals because I don’t want to have to take all my fillings out either.

And that’s a package too. You can’t get rid of all the heavy metals unless you change all your fillings. Yeah, I did get all my fillings out about 30 years ago.

Most people are. Hal Huggins, I’ve met many times. He passed away recently.

But I’ve talked to him four or five times. And he told me actually Ruth canals were actually worse than mercury fillings. Yeah, I’ve got a mouthful of them.

Yeah. So outside of that issue, question, does it help you recover more mobility? I have, we have 500 testimonies on YouTube from people saying it’s helped them in area after area. It’s one of the best things for athletes and runners as well.

You what? Yeah. Now, would you like to go in again? A lot of time. Yeah.

Why don’t you go in right now for another five, ten minutes? Yes. Yeah. One, I just read Suzanne Sommer’s book.

She talks about far infrared heat also. Yeah. And it seems like when, you know, she’s talked to doctors, the top doctors, you know, the top, top doctors.

And they all say it’s an important part of the sweating. But the far infrared energy is unique. But they say that the cultures that live the longest, which are the Japanese and the Norway and Finland, a big part of their culture that has been spent for thousands of years has been sweating.

So that’s one of the reasons those cultures live so long is from the sweating. Because how else do you get the toxins out? Exactly. Okay.

How do you clean the machine? You turn it on for five minutes. And it’s self-cleaning because it generates negative ions. And that goes through and, and the far infrared energy and kills everything in there.

We’ve done, we’ve done laboratory reports on just our little lamp in a room where it kills most of the bacteria in a short span of time. Again, give me a chance to create sweat and I will cure disease, Hippocrates. Again, sweating is, I’ve always enjoyed sweating.

I’ve always loved saunas. I’ve joined gyms three different times in my life long before I heard of the Relax Far Infrared Sauna. Just to sweat in there, in there.

Never worked out. I just love sweating. I used to sweat when playing basketball, handball, softball, baseball as a kid.

When, you know, running, I just love the feeling of sweating. And now I know why. Because toxins get out of the body.

But when you do a far infrared sauna, you know, even though the regular wood burning saunas are excellent, the far infrared sauna gets out heavy metals, it emulsifies fats, it gets out dioxins. And this is the sweat coming out of using a far infrared sauna compared to normal sweat. Last August I was lying out in the sun and I was looking at my sweat and said, Gee, it sure is watery.

Because I forgot the sweat in here is not oily, but it’s got a lot of oil in it compared to normal sweat. And in that oil is a lot of gunk. A lot of gunk.

Gunk’s a nice word. But a lot of metabolic waste. And also here’s something else.

And we have a picture here, right here. See, become vital, experience vitality with a Relax Sauna to drive out the unnecessary fats of the body. And therefore when the waste goes out, nutrients can come in.

It’s that simple. When you increase your core temperature one degree, it increases absorption of nutrients 20%. And one way to increase your temperature one degree is to go in the Relax Sauna for 20 minutes.

But what’s super nice about the Relax Sauna is you can go in for 10 minutes or 5 minutes with your clothes on. How about that? It goes through clothes. And with the Relax Sauna, what’s very, very nice is you don’t have to turn it on for 20, 30 minutes to preheat it to go in for 5 minutes or 5 minutes.
